Give Luis a raise! He deserves it. He’s so friendly and professional. Check in was easy breezy! The room was spacious and comfy. Only comment I will leave is that the computer chair in the room could be replaced or deep cleaned. Otherwise, you can’t beat the price for being so close to the park. Will stay again for sure :)

Rooms are ok but the parking situation is really bad. They valet park your car really close to each other and your car will have damages. I suggest that you take pictures all around the car before they park it and inspect it before taking off.

The room I booked through Expedia wasn’t available when I arrived, but the staff was super helpful accommodating my family. After we checked out the hotel kept our luggage for the afternoon so we could go back to Disneyland for a few hours before our flight left.

We stayed for 3 nights and our experience with this establishment was good. The staff and valet workers were friendly and accommodating. The inn’s location is also convenient if you’re going to Disney since it’s only a 5-minute walk. The only complaints we have are that some of the towels provided to us had stains and our room’s AC was loud (it sounded like something was broken in the AC unit). It was so loud that we would have a hard time sleeping and we had no choice but to turn it off.

They had construction going on. Parking was only one car per room and you have to pay per night which is 30 per night. The girl that checked me in was really nice, really sweet. I didn't catch her name
