the hotel is a perfectly acceptable standard. It’s a little old here and there but the facilities are fine. The staff were excellent in all my interactions with them. Location was very good, for access to the lanes and the pier and waterfront. The beach front in general and the appearance of the hotel are a little shabby. Parking was very expensive but you get a very good discount through the hotel if you pay at reception.

All the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, both the front desk staff and those behind the scenes. Jake, thank you for taking the time to reply to our pre-arrival messages and for looking after our two family bookings. We really enjoyed the vibe at the hotel, and the location is perfect for families. The pool was great for the kids at the end of the day, as well as before heading out for dinner. We will definitely be back.

The breakfast deal we had offered was £15 per day per person and kids (ours is 5) eat free. So we went to for. But this was subject to change, odvs this changed and the 5yr old was also full adult price. Price at the bar was ridiculous. The staff all friendly especially at the indoor heated pool which was the place we felt most welcomed. The family room was ok.

Excellent stay

Went with a friend for overnight stay in Brighton. The parking was easy (under the hotel); the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated at the edge of the Lanes, lots of good restaurants nearby, it is on the sea front so lovely walks along the Promenade. The pier is just over the road. The swimming pool is small. Breakfast is really good - complete with someone cooking fresh pancakes and omelettes.

In general it was very good and the staff were lovely. I’d have given it top ratings however two of the three beers at the bar were unavailable and the shower is not suitable for anyone over 6ft.

I wanted to start off saying that the stay was great, however, my partner and I stayed for one night and we both were awoken at 4:00am with loud banging noises that sounded like tabled being dropped or very much like bowling pins landing from the floor above that were constant until 10:00am, in which made our sleep very poor. The facilities and rooms were great but this let us down.
