Quick check in: Lucas v friendly. Comfortable room. Safe area. Next to football stadium, food places, cinema & crazy golf. Free parking. Uber into city. Bus stop nearby but road issues day we stayed. V good value. Would recommend highly.

The room was squeaky clean. The bed was really comfortable. I had a really good night sleep great premium bedding. The only thing that I gotta say I didn’t like was that if you order food delivery then I’ll bring it to your room and they don’t let the delivery person come knock on your door and give you the food. I mean it’s a hotel. I don’t see what the problem is.

I could've given the hotel 5 stars if it weren't for the hard/squeaky/uncomfortable bed and pillows. For the price I paid, I expected to have had atleast some decent night sleep, which I didn't have.

Excellent stay

Just spent one night here and it was fabulous. Everywhere was exceptionally clean, decor modern and airy, staff very friendly and the room was functional, clean and well laid out. There was even a choice of hard or soft pillows. Very modern bathroom, with a lovely large shower. If I had to pick one criticism it would be that the actual shower wasn’t powerful at all. For such a fabulous bathroom I expected quite a good shower. But if that’s all I have to pick up on then it was great! Breakfast was plentiful and hot, which isn’t always the case. We will definitely stay at a Hampton by Hilton again & highly recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, nicely decorated, excellent hotel.

Staff was amazing on my arrival receptionist welcome me he was extremely professional polite quick in checking me in too. No issues whatsoever. Room was clean tidy . At breakfast staff was welcoming helpful friendly too . Morning receptionist was also friendly . However breakfast hash brown was bit uncooked someone must take them bit early from oven on other hand plant based sausage was good. 👍. May be needs bit more attention and care at breakfast area . Otherwise everything else was perfect service was good staff was polite & friendly . I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family 👍

Convenient for our use. Room facilities were good - a small issue with the toilet was quickly attended to. The breakfast choice was very satisfactory but the lack of a restaurant for an evening meal was disappointing.
