On arrival the car park was easy to navigate. The staff were very informative and helpful. We didn't use the online checking, preferring to speak to people. We booked for breakfast for the following day and paid for the car park at the same time. This gave us the flexibility to move the car if needed. The rooms were spacious and clean and we have no complaints about our stay

Nice staff. Very helpful. Good service in the bar. Breakfast was good except for the watery, tasteless scrambled eggs whuch wete rhe only egg choice. Good GF options kept separately. Room was fine, but oddly set up with all sockets on the opposite side of the room from the bed.

We stayed at Clayton for our daughters 3rd birthday weekend, and when we got to the room there was a little surprise for our daughter, balloons and banners. This made ours and especially our daughters day. Thank you so much for that. Apart from this, the breakfast, the room and service are exceptional. Staff have been very accommodating to our requests. We will definitely stay here again.

Not great facilities

Check in was too slow. People queued up with one receptionist serving. I have called the hotel a day before to check parking and they told me we can park at the hotel, no one even mentioned it might be full, when we arrived it was full and it took us an hour to find another place. Bed was comfy, and room was clean. But the downside was no Fridge and no air conditioning.

Very good.

Very good in all aspects except there's no Air Conditioning, which would have helped on the hot days we were there. Excellent breakfast. Good value.
