Quintana Roo Winery Accommodation

The food was scrumptious. A lot of food choices for everyone. The resort is quiet and the beach is ok but you can take a cab to Riu Las Americas to enjoy their gorgeous white sand beach there, which is a 5 minute drive.

I really enjoyed the activity that they offered. Everybody was friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and I look forward to visiting again.

We wanted a relaxing vacation and that’s what we got. Beautiful, clean resort. Staff is incredibly accommodating. We had a swim out in building 3 and were pleased. I want to acknowledge a few of many staff members that made our stay fabulous. Thank you: Paloma- great service and we enjoyed the Spanish lessons. My husband said she makes the best Bloody Mary’s he ever had and thats saying something. Hamad- great service! Never without a drink. Beautiful smile delivered with every drink. Raul- great service at the buffet. Felix- friendliest smile and great service! If I didn’t mention someone by name it’s not because we didn’t receive great service. Thanks to all the incredible staff. Food: above average Drinks: excellent Cleanliness: very clean, they are constantly cleaning and maintaining. Checkin: smooth and quick I highly recommend this resort and will return.

Super clean and calm.

Resort was great, and the RIU crew was amazing. Truly exceptional hosts. The restaurants were great as well, no need to leave the resort if you are staying for a week as there is plenty to choose from. The beach was always clean, and the ocean water was wonderful. The beach looks small in the photos but there is more than enough space. Also the majority of the people at the resort are 40 . The party RIU resort is the one beside this hotel. I would just make two minor recommendation. #1 get slightly better pillows that are a bit more plush. I had two double them up just to get a normal pillow thickness. #2. reduce the air scent perfume that is being pumped out by the elevators/lobby bar. It is was almost overwhelming at times. Besides the two minor things, I would most definitely come back, and recommend this to anyone else.

We really enjoyed staying here end of April! Staff and facility were amazing!! Very fun activities and entertainment! The food was great with a variety of options. The only downside was that the beach was full of seaweed, but still super nice water if you swim out a little further past the seaweed.
