Compare Cheap Hotels in Cancun

Staying at this hotel is truly an amazing experience. From around noon until after midnight, there are various activities and programs, so you never feel bored. Most of the events have a sexy and playful theme, but they don’t create any discomfort for guests; everyone can enjoy them in whatever way they feel comfortable. The buffet food was average and acceptable, but the restaurant meals were truly excellent. It seems the hotel underwent a major renovation less than 10 years ago, but in my opinion, it could use another update, as some areas of the hotel and the rooms feel quite outdated.

Clean room, staff could’ve been more attentive, family, friendly resort

The room was dirty, not properly maintained, and was missing basic items. That was not meet the standard I paid for. We were deeply disappointed—we did not expect this from the Expedia platform—and immediately moved to another hotel.

Very family friendly but disappointing that they wouldn't allow my 3 year old into the kid's corner for cupcake decoration. Having said that this place is very well kept (except for our shower that didn't work the first day, pipe issues) and the food was great!
