-The WiFi provided by the hotel is unstable, especially in the higher-floor rooms where it’s even harder to connect. - I stayed in a room on the 7th floor, and the shower drainage was terrible — after taking a shower, it felt like I was standing in a pool of water. - I tried to book restaurants through the hotel app but never succeeded. Before check-in, I couldn’t make a reservation without a room number. On the first day of my stay, I couldn’t book any restaurant for that day, so I had no choice but to walk in to the buffet restaurant for dinner.

I recently stayed at GR Solaris in Cancun, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The resort is stunning—well-maintained, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The food was amazing with a great variety of options at every meal, from the buffet to the à la carte restaurants. The drinks were top-notch, and the entertainment staff kept the energy alive all day with fun activities, shows, and games. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful balcony view. Housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping it spotless each day. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool or enjoy the vibrant nightlife, this resort has it all. I highly recommend GR Solaris to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and unforgettable vacation in Cancun. I can’t wait to come back

Had an amazing time last week while staying at this resort. Celebrated son getting ready to leave for college. Entertainment staff was amazing (huge shout-out to Emanuel, Gracie, Marco, Israel) they definitely kept the fun and vibes going and made it a phenomenal experience! Rooms were clean and good size for the trip. My only complaint is that there was a horrible smell coming from the lobby bar and you would get hit with smell as soon as getting off the elevator. Not sure if the bar drains may need to be cleaned & disinfected. That would be my only complaint. Some seaweed build up on the beach, but to be expected this time of year!! Overall, great time at this resort

The property was good but the beach I was expecting better. The staff workers from the front desk to the restaurant to bar and entertain people were amazing, very polite and helpful, room service as well , the property was always clean , it is very convenient having 3 pools , one for only adults to relax , the main to party and a second one to have volleyball’s games. Overall we had a great time .
