The room was not clean when we first arrived, the next day we asked to be cleaned and they did a good job. Unfortunately part of the ceiling collapsed in one of the restaurants during breakfast time, due to a leak, the hotel managed the meals serving in a different location with promptitude and efficiency though. The food was great.

The resort was not what we expected at all. The food was absolutely terrible to the point we had to eat out 4 of the nights. My wife and I are very easy to please but this was absolutely inedible. There was dinner being served at the breakfast buffet which leads us to believe it was leftover food from the night before. The entertainment was terrible and drinks began being served at 11 am. We tried to get a mimosa in the morning but we could not. The staff was very nice that was probably the only bright star. I’m afraid to say this place is absolutely not worth it

Everything was great, including the food, room, bar, staff, cleanliness and activities. However, I had a minor issue with GR Solaris. My flight was delayed, so I asked for an extra hour or two of check-out. She agreed and extended our check-out to 11am to 1pm. At 1pm, I went to check out and was charged late check-out fees, which weren’t mentioned when I requested the extension. I’m writing to warn others that if you’re staying longer, make sure to ask about any extra fees.

The outside area of the resort is excellent. Clean beach but rooms are terrible, bathroom was dripping water from the ceiling and the room key door kept giving us hard time to open, we made around 2 to 3 trip to the receptionist area to reactive the key door. Even though we are VIP members they did not change our room due to key lock error. Front staff at the register area were so slow. Waitresses and cookers were amazing. We were very limited to use beach towels

Staff needs work, they seem friendly and welcoming when coming in and getting settled, but after that they seem nice only if you are a good tipper which I was but still it shouldn’t be like that, their customer service attitude we didn’t appreciate they seem like we were doing them a favor of being their, rooms food were great, drink eww to artificially tasting. Only the restaurants made the drinks good, it was a nice experience for my family for being the first time but i would definitely not comeback here for a second time. I would like to try another places
