I liked that the hotel staff was super nice. The waitstaff in the buffet restaurant were outstanding. We had Cocom a few times and he was great! They did not have a paper map of the resort, only an app but the app completely sucks. The drinks we not all that good. The pina colda was decent, skip the margarita. The snack shop was pretty good. They had cheesecake and pastries and stuff like ham and cheese croissants. The coffee was OK, but the lattes were fantastic. They have a good beach access as well. All in all, it was a good stay. The first room we had was a king and the mattress was like sleeping on a piece of plywood so we requested a new room and they gladly changed us to two doubles and the beds were so comfortable even though parts of the hotel is a little dated, but not enough that you Can’t overlook it

The only thing I can comment on is that one of the restaurants wS under construction and looks like there was not a plan b for it; food options were kind of repetitive

I traveled with two small kids and booked GR Solaris mainly for the kids’ pool. Unfortunately, it was closed the day we arrived due to an accident. What bothered me most is that the pool was never fully drained or cleaned—it just stayed closed for the next three days. We had to use the main pool with our toddlers, which wasn’t ideal or very safe for their age. We also tried using the daycare/babysitting area, but the staff there didn’t seem very engaged with the kids—more like supervision than actual interaction or play. The resort itself is nice, the food was decent, and the adult pool had good vibes. But for families with little ones, this stay didn’t meet expectations.

First and foremost the food was horrible. At the last breakfast I ate a pice of bread with fried platanos .To see the same food at breakfast,lunch and dinner got us sick.Only one restaurant on the side which didn't have good food either. They need so.e stores with nice cloths, flower( it was our 50th Anniversary, my husband couldn't buy flowers anywhere around). What I like was the beach,relax pool,and aĺ the staff was very nice,working hard,entertainment at the pool.
