Good location, friendly staff and unique property on the pier. Rooms were spacious but showed many signs of wear (ripped carpet, chipping paint, etc.). Shower barely worked.

Our first room was infested with cockroaches. Second room was two levels which makes it difficult to live out of our suitcase. Temperature of 2nd floor where the bed is was too hot despite having the air conditioner on all night. Lighting was not adequate.

We loved the size, style and art work in our room. The beds were comfy. The lollies in the foyer were a treat! Loved our view of boats, gallery and city. All the staff friendly and accommodating. Some great coffee close by and easy walking distance to Art GalleryOpera House through botanic gardens. 20 mins in uber from airport.

Historic building

Quirky hotel in a great location. Suffered a bit from wear and tear. member of our group had a cockroach issue and had to move rooms. Breakfast was lacking correct temperature. Staff was great.

Great location on one of the Sydney harbors and conversion of a warehouse to Hotel and apartments. Easy to find all main attractions and walkable to all areas or easy to access transportation. I loved the uniqueness of the hotel and friendliness of the staff. Very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again! Thank you 😊

Great architecture- needs refurbishing

Love the architecture of the building and location. However, the rooms are now very tired and it does not feel looked after. For example: shower curtain not big enough, floods to rooms. Wrong toilet seat on toilet, stains on bed valance, lampshade falling off, bathroom in first room not cleaned (had previous guests stuff on bath, etc. Reception team friendly and welcoming.

Location was central for our visit, breakfast at hotel was poor, selection of one item from poor menu, fruit selection was like the fruit shop, full fruits, no presentation. Avocado on toast is cafe food not for 5star hotel.

Staying at this hotel was an overall terrible experience. Parking directions were unclear. Ended up waiting for Valet service for 30 minutes, other parking options were not available. Upon arrival the front desk attendant was one of the most rude, disrespectful human beings I have ever met. The hotel space was dirty and dated and not a place I would ever recommend or stay again.
