The hotel is located right above the Lavender MRT station, making it convenient for travel to and from the airport. There are many food options available for quick bites. Guest service agent Justin provided excellent assistance.

Great location close to subway, friendly and fast check in and check out, comfortable bed. The elevators get busy and sometimes takes a while to get to/from your room (even with 6 of them)

Great location. Train station is a 2 minute walk which can pretty much bring you anywhere in Singapore. Or if you prefer the bus, there are 2 bus stops with 2 bus routes that can do the same. Plenty of dining options around, all pretty much walking distance. The hotel itself is great, it can be very busy at the lobby because of the influx of people coming and going but the staff are really great in controlling foot traffic. We didn’t get to try their breakfast because we wanted to try all the different dining options around the area. It’s a great hotel, great value and great location. Highly recommended.

The location is excellent, with the lavender station right at the doorstep. However, the downside is that the showers are quite small, and water tends to spill out towards the toilet, making it messy. Additionally, the hand basin leaks water onto the floor. I informed the agent about these issues at checkout.

Bar fridge was not working or set to high..did not keep anything chilled..spoke to reception staff who advised they had someone check it out who advised that needed servicing..when I asked for a replacement they said none available and I could bring fridge items to them and they would keep them refrigerated and I could come and get what I needed whenever I needed them..I was staying on the 12th floor. Overall I consider that they didn't care about my concerns and just shrugged it off.
