Very accessible hotel, the bedroom size was a bit too small from the other side of the building, and the AC was default to warm and have to call staff to correct the temperature. Doors are not locking so we were moved to a new room which is slightly larger and has a view of the main road

The property’s location is very accessible to the train station and it’s just a few mins away from the famous attractions such as Sultan Mosque, Esplanade, Lau Pa Sat etc.

Conveniently located in lavender MTR station, restaurants nearby and a food court. Clean hotel with a nice pool. I would recommend adding more options to breakfast buffet, the salad is not fresh as well as the fruits, noodles very dry. Other than that, still recommended this place to stay when in Singapore, best value for your bucks!!

This location of the hotel was amazing as it was on top of public transport station. We loved the food options around the hotel. The hotel itself was very basic. It looks a lot bigger in pictures but it was very small, the shower was tiny and so was the room. Everything was clean, although a mould smell in hallway. I know you don’t come on holidays to workout but there was no dumbbells in the gym which I find so incredibly odd, especially if there is two benches so was unable to workout. We didn’t have breakfast here.

The hotel is a bit old. Lobby has no rest room for hotel guests to use before check in. There is a public rest room outside of the hotel. When we walked in this rest room, it was smell. In addition, there was no tissue paper provided. The towel was dirty. I found a black colored junk was sticked to towel. I did not use the towel at all.

Ideal location

Rooms are small but quite cheap for Singapore. Very clean and comfortable overall. Great location on top of MRT station and plenty of food choices around the hotel

this hotel felt more like a budget one than a 4 star one. pros - room was clean, the bathroom not so much - location close to the station, good places to eat nearby - staff were efficient and helpful cons - mouldy smell in the hallway - room was small and stuffy - AC was extremely loud and had a hard time setting it to how we wanted - pool/gym closed at 9pm which felt very early - price was very high for what you get, but I guess that’s how it goes in Singapore
