Disappointing facilities, BF & customer SERVICE

Run down hotel with very subpar breakfast. Worst thing of all, we indicated via the app we needed a cot. No cot was provided at the end of the day because housekeeping "ran out of cots". And they even tried to argue that we requested for cot only last min, even though frontman Steve even double confirmed our request for a cot. That said they did have service recovery by giving us an extra bed after we made a big fuss. But all parents who do not co sleep with their kids know, a cot is different from a single bed (also less safe as it's above ground). So yeah, disappointing stay. Gym is also not 24h, which is a little outdated this day and age.

This was our 3rd time here and the Hotel never disappoints. Rooms are modern and comfortable, floor staff are very friendly (especially Ally 21st Floor). The location is excellent with shopping centre across the road and Chijmes dining complex. Taxi's available constantly and MRT a short distance away.

Really loved my stay at Carlton Hotel! I was able to see the Singapore skyline from my room which was such a pretty view! Room is also clean and amenities were great! It’s also at a convenient location :) would stay here again and definitely recommend this hotel

Very nice hotel for a work trip. I enjoyed the pool and gym, as well as the walk ability in the area. The property is in good condition and the staff was kind and helpful. I would return for a future visit.
