When we arrived the porter doesn’t come to open the car door which would be a lovely first impression. Checkin was so simple, quick and hassle free as was checkout. Room was clean. 4 bottles of water provided daily. No in room snacks or tea / milk etc which would be nice. The bathroom sink smells funny when you run the water. Shower was lovely and good pressure. Tuxedo cafe staff are accomodating and friendly. We received a complimentary slice of birthday cake for my sister delivered to the room which was so wonderful. Thank you for that. The pool and area surrounding is a little unappealing. Possibly due to the green tiles. Close to trains, raffles plaza right across the road.

The location is perfect , there is mall on front whit market restaurant pharmacy, a lot options of bars and restaurants around ! The gym is excellent, rooms are good and have nice view to sea and marina bay sands . Staffs are good too !

The only negative we had was in relation to not being able to get food in the bar after 11pm after the F1. Given that it was such a busy weekend and night racing I think food should have been an option as the bar was open very late other than that it was outstanding.
