Location, location, location. Not only was the room clean, modern and comfortable, but the location for a foodie like me was perfect. I also have to compliment the staff, they are hard working and happy to assist you. Will definitely be staying again.

Superb staff, the concierge, Rizwan and Sarwes were excellent. Chong, the front desk manager (he is a manager , I am not sure if that is the correct area that he manages) is superb, he just joined you from Millenium. He is very friendly. Chun Wei and Shaminah at the front desk are very very good too. Rose in housekeeping is really friendly, helpful too. She kept our room very clean. Siba, the doorman is very nice and helpful too. Thank you! A great hotel, tops in Singapore.

The hotel looked nice, but our room was a little dated and had some paint peeling. I reserved a king bed room, at checkin they said they had 2 single beds left, no kings. They “upgraded” me to an executive suite, but there was nothing “executive” or “suite” about it…just two single beds for my wife and I. Not exactly how I pictured us spending our vacation away together, sleeping in separate beds.

Excellent modern hotel with big rooms, well located and easy walking distance to numerous shops, restaurants etc. Great staff too. Also had a Michelin listed Chinese restaurant called Wah Lok which I highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel in a good location for access to f&b, shopping etc. Reception always accessible and helpful. Room was quite impressive although the "subdued" lighting in the bathroom area is not great for visibility. We had an issue with our room and it was sorted quickly with a comp brekky thrown in. We had a late flight so they held our luggage and gave us access to a shower/powder room to get cleaned up later on (and managed a 3pm checkout). Only issue is road noise - we were on 9th floor and it was still noticeable. This was an odd-numbered room - the even-numbered face back and would probably be quieter I suspect. Overall, a good choice in Singapore although tbh there is plenty of similar quality choice

Convenient location. The hotel is right across from Chijmes and Raffles City, so you can take the MRT from Changi to City Hall. It's also within walking distance of 4 other MRT stations as well as several bus stops. The room itself was clean and decently sized. The bed was a bit hard, but otherwise comfortable enough.
