Absolutely love it. From the room to the amenities and services, everything was superb. The room was great and clean and comfy. Service rendered was top notch. There was even evening service where the staff will ask if you required any amenities. I had in room dining where the food were great and inexpensive for the quality and portion. If possible, I would give it a 6 stars.

We stayed at the Fullerton for 3 nights in a Heritage Room. The room was spacious and comfortable with a nice touch — a filtered water tap that made it super convenient for preparing milk for my baby. The location was perfect, just a short 5-min walk to Merlion Park and we really enjoyed our morning strolls along the river. The only downside was that I noticed some ants around the work desk area. I found a few on my laptop and phone, and by the next morning, there were quite a number around a piece of pandan cake I’d left out overnight. Hopefully, the hotel can look into this, as everything else about the stay was lovely.

The hotel has a long history but maintained very well. The room is spacious, clean and bed is comfortable. Staffs are super friendly. Location is percent, close to all attractions. It even has un underground pass to Merlin Park. Buffet breakfast is delicious and has something for every taste. The outdoor seating area is by the river that offers a fantastic and relaxing experience.

Very nice hotel with helpful staff, large clean, comfortable rooms and an outstanding breakfast buffet. The downside is there is no Fullerton owned bar on the property. You have to go to the Fullerton Bay Hotel which is a 10 minute walk for a cocktail if you want to use your dining credit. Otherwise, it is a luxury experience for a very good price.

We stayed here because of the location and it being a historic hotel. Everyone was very nice, great service, we were able to check in early after our overnight flight at 9 am. The room was amazing and clean. The breakfast buffet was clearly a hightlight and great start of the day. With an underground tunnel you are at the marina bay waterfront and out the front door you are right near the boat quay. We would stay here again.
