No complains except due to age of the hotel, the bathroom sink was dated and the sink stopper had to be lifted in order for the water to flow through. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay at Grand Mercure.

self-service laundry is very useful. very close to shops and MRT. Room is clean and quiet. friendly & helpful staff. Comfortable beds. strong Air Con and good shower pressure. it was quite expensive during F1 race week though, but kid of expected unfortunately during that time.

Good location

Good location as it is just opposite to Marine Parade MRT. Lot of shopping malls and restaurants in front of and behind the hotel. Room size is good and bed is comfortable. Overall cleanliness is good though the toilet has some history and the shower head is fixed which is not user friendly. The staff is nice, polite and helpful. The gym and swimming pool added marks.
