Awesome view.

Amazing view of the Bay Area - it’s as good as it gets. The rooms are large and well appointed. We didn’t like the shower which was inside a bathtub but otherwise no real complaint.

Great view of Marina Bay Sands! Good location for any tourists want to explore the city. Spacious room, however, the bathtub is too small to put a shower chair in. Friendly & helpful staff. A major minus point here is the breakfast at Asian Market Cafe. Swissoltel is a 5-star hotel, but their breakfast quality is subpar, doesn’t live up to their 5-star hotel status. We had our breakfast there for 2 consecutive mornings. The food didn’t taste good on our first morning staying there. We gave it a second chance, the food still remained not delicious to us. We would stay at the Swissotel again, but would skip paying for the breakfast.

We loved our time at Swissotel. We had a great view of the city skyline, the room was very clean and modern. The best part was the breakfast; there was so much choice. The only con I can think of is that in room dining menu had limited choices. But it’s an amazing place despite that and would stay again here.

The hotel, the hotel staff, the amenities and nearly everything about this hotel is perfect. Truly excellent. The only thing is that we had a less than desirable experience at the SKAI restaurant. We went there for dinner with our kids, dressed for the occasion and in 45 minutes we barely got drinks. Felt completely ignored the entire time, until I stood up to claim the check — then magically the server appeared but then 45 min had gone by and we were ready to go. The restaurant was not busy and there were open tables. The hostess was very apologetic and tried to get us to stay but we were folded up. Other than this particular experience, this hotel, the location and the staff are all short of amazing.

Standards have slipped since 2019. Check in process was a pain. My room was ok. Housekeeping did not replace my used mugs for 4 days until I complained. After that, they maintained fresh mugs everyday. The hairdryer was a terrible design (power button had to be continuously held down) and after 20 mins of trying to dry my hair, my hand had a cramp.

Nice environment. Did an upgrade and paid $820 a night for 3 nights. The girl that was helping with that was very rude and hateful. 3 times in middle of the day housekeeper or staff would ring the door bell not even wait 10 seconds and barge in. I pay for privacy I paid to be on the 60th floor bay view balcony. Very unprofessional. I will not be returning to this hotel especially $2500 for 3 nights. Then paid $40 twice for a hamburger and fries. This place only cares about taking your money
