Everything went perfect for our stay, from checking in to out. Room was nice and spacious, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with so many options to choose from. All staff were so helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Singapore.

Nice amenities. Staff service was mixed quality, some great, some not so much. A bit abrupt as the $50 per person breakfast buffet was closing. And lunch took a long time for two clubhouses and Gyoza. Just a couple of small things could take this property and experience to the top tier. They did work hard to keep our adjoining room reso with a marina bay view.

We stayed at this hotel for a few days whilst exploring Singapore. Most areas are either walkable (Marina Bay Sands, Gardens by the Bay, Marina Bay) or accessible via easy transport links. The hotel itself was clean and modern with lots of food choices both in the restaurant and nearby.

good experience except one strange rule

The hotel conditions were good and service was great. We had a good time staying there. The only unpleasant experience is that, while we were awaiting our room to be ready, my wife fell in sleep on a couch in front of the Plume cafe. A staff came over and told her she could not take a nap there. That was very inconsiderate and strange. Not sure if this is the rule of the hotel.

There's a few reasons why I have always stayed at the Pan Pacific when I travel to Singapore; the staff are always welcoming and helpful; the rooms are very comfortable and clean; the pool and gym areas are very good; the food is always tasty. It's a great location from which to explore the Marina Bay area.

The Pan Pacific marina square is a beautiful hotel, well located a few minutes from Promenade Metro and a short 15 min walk across the bridge to the Marina Bay Sands complex. The lounge on the top floor is worth the extra, with an excellent array of food and drinks from 6pm to 8pm, as well as breakfast and lunch/afternoon tea. As with much of Singapore, if you prefer to stay indoor and out of the heat there are thousands of shops and restaurants within a couple of minutes. Having stayed many times at the excellent Oriental and Ritz Carlton (two other prominent Marina Square/Millenia Walk hotels), we find the PP better value and just as good these days.
