Great locations, access to major public transport routes and only a cheap taxi fare to get to MBS (~$20SGD return). Great malls to visit around orchard road, recommend hawker@ion for some excellent hawker food. Hotel itself is pleasant, quiet and staff are very nice. Great for a short stay to Singapore

My room was very close to the lifts so unfortunately I could hear each movement. Other point that was disappointing was that restaurant wasn't able to cater for my special dietary needs, therefore had to go outside restaurant.

Great stay for an expat

The stay was amazing, and the service was phenomenal. This hotel was much better than any hotel I have been to in the United States, simply because the people in Singapore are much better, not like us stuck-up, entitled Americans. I would surely stay here again!

Fantastic lobby lovely rooms and a robot

All great lovely hotel spotless love no kettle but a machine that heats water is seconds we was on on floor 14 I would definitely stay there again let us check out at 12 pm thank you for that so we was so impressed with hotel will tell friends and family the robot I did not have my camera but take meals from kitchen to dining room
