Clean hotel. Club level pool area amazing and a true pleasure to enjoy. Level 21 had a resort style calm feel.... very relaxing. Breakfast was nice. However need more coffee machines at the breakfast on ground level. Have stayed before and will defo stay again.

Great hotel in a spectacular building. My second time staying here. I would like to mention that it is very close to a metro stop, easy walks to Chinatown and very close to a lovely Green Space walking area.

The room was spacious and very clean. The facilities were great and the staff were so helpful. The design of the hotel is wonderful. My stay was very peaceful and quiet and the blackout curtains are splendid. A special mention has to be made of Bryan on Reception, who was professional, friendly, kind and thoughtful. I would definitely return if in Singapore again.

Great value for money overall! Room was clean, necessary amenities were all there with generous portions, staff was courteous and never late. Just two things in the room. First, I felt some stickiness when opening the curtain (maybe some sort of food stuff previous guests might have smudged on the curtain). Second, the restroom is overall clean but with a bit of mold on the tile edges, which can be easily taken care of with a bit of cleaning chemicals and just a bit more time.
