Stayed on the 15th floor of this clean and well-maintained hotel with an amazing view. The hotel is clearly designed with business travelers in mind, offering a modern and professional atmosphere. One of the highlights was the beautifully designed pool overlooking the city of Singapore, surrounded by lush greenery that made it feel like a jungle oasis. The greenery extends to the surrounding area, making it a lovely place to take a stroll. The staff were attentive and helpful, addressing a billing issue promptly when we were charged for the breakfast buffet on our first day, despite checking in at 1 PM. The refund was processed smoothly during checkout. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options but felt overpriced if you’re not a big eater. Alcoholic drinks at Lime were overrated and on the pricey side. While we didn’t dine at the Lime restaurant itself, it looked appealing. Room service, on the other hand, was a pleasant experience—both the mushroom soup and spaghetti were delicious. However, sodas and other beverages were noticeably expensive. Overall, this hotel offers a great blend of comfort and luxury with stunning views and excellent service. A good choice for business travelers or those looking for a serene escape in the heart of the city.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! For sure I will be back. The service was 5 star, all my concierge requests exceeded expectations. Our check in with Tech was so wonderful we felt the warmth and welcome. The property was extremely beautiful and modern. And we absolutely love our room, the bed was so comfortable. Great hotel and would highly recommend it to all our friends and family!
