Everything about this hotel is truly exceptional. The Conrad is luxury and there is nothing negative to report. The location is perfect. Was really grateful that the housekeeping staff came twice a day to clean the room, refill amenities, and empty out trash. Also, the room service team, especially Melson, did a great job taking care of us with all our orders. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town!
