Room and staff were very good. The Asian restaurant was our favourite dining spot. Our favourite waiter was in the Italian restaurant Gabriel . Aisha the entertainer lady by the pool was excellent! Alejandro the pool bar Chef was great! The gentleman in the sports bar for the ball games was really good aswell. Great trip

This was our second time at this resort in 3 weeks! Yes we went three weeks ago and came right back. Just laying out in the cabana with a pool view and ocean view makes it worth it. There is a man named Angel who works there and even though he was not our cabana person he was so informative about the resort a where to eat and when! Because of him we do the chefs table twice which was wonderful! This man made sure we had such a wonderful stay! The staff is what really makes this resort unique they ensure that all needs are taken care of at all times. I do wish there had been better music outside during the day like there was at night for the preferred guest. There was only like 10 preferred guest out at night an their music was blaring where as the rest of us had to jar sit on our balconies and listened till it died off.

We had such an amazing stay here. The staff were very kind and helpful. A special thanks to our concierge, Mauricio, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we always had everything we needed & that our stay was as pleasant as possible. They have a great variety of restaurants to choose from which all had fantastic food. We were very impressed. The breakfast & lunch buffet options were great as well. Very very clean! The layout is just gorgeous & we loved lounging at the pools. The beach was beautiful as well. Very quiet for the most part, so if you’re looking for a more relaxing stay then this is for you. We can’t wait to come back again.

Very pleasant experience. The environment is beautiful, and the hotel has its own private beachfront along with three swimming pools. In addition to the Market Cafe buffet for breakfast and lunch, there are six different themed restaurants for dinner, all without the need for reservations. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport; I booked an Uber for around MX$304, which is about USD $16.
