The check in/out staff was not friendly at all. Jeny at the front desk was rude when we checked it. We were very excited, so it was disappointing. We had to call for service and no one showed, so we called again and after waiting over an hour had to just go to bed. They never came. Had to switch rooms due to the staff putting us in the wrong room (needed the pull out.) Staff was very dismissive. Rooms were clean and the rest of the staff were great. Management should make sure the people checking you in and out are at least friendly when spending so much money.

Great food selection. Pools and beach are were great. My only tiny disappointment was there were no snacks in the room that we have seen at other resorts. Chips, cookies, etc.

Property and staff were amazing. Access to internet limited to 2 devices per adult guest. Resort credits are misleading, they are not exchanged dollar for dollar. For example, 80 minute spa discounted $10.

Views are incredible! The room and in general the entire resort are super clean and comfortable. The place lacks music, seems too quiet at times. Most of the time they played old 70s videos but in general the entertainment has a lot of room to improve. The food is ok. although we had the elite club and access to all restaurants we ran out of options by the third day All w aa as expected “buffet” or premade and not much of a selection à la carte. Also an unfortunate case of food poisoning with lobster and NO medical attention on site so be aware!

Everything was great! The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room was kept very clean and stocked with water, soft drinks and alcoholic beverages. They even went all out for my birthday with a towel cake and champagne. The resort is beautiful and the private beach access was perfect. The locals were allowed to be on the beach to sell you items, but they are not super pushy. If you so no thank you, they move on. I would definitely return and will recommend this resort to friends and family!

Everything about the resort was just what we wanted. Nice atmosphere. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Not a spring break vibe, but we weren’t on spring break. Jose at the lobby bar, Richard at the door and Antonio were all fantastic. The servers around the pools were great!
