The room is new, clean, and beautiful. And thats it. The service is not that great. The food is not good. They say they are closed at 9.30 but we came by 8.50, they refused us. The people at the bar by the pool never smiled for all our 4 days. I like Las Americas more in term of services, quality of food, and friendliness.

Fantastic hotel with great dining options! Buffet was delicious (with crabs, ceviche and other seafood). 4 other restaurants give you a lot to choose from. Freshly squeezed juices - all fresh! Best hotel food I've had! Clean, spacious rooms. Staff was great! Shoutout to bartender Angel for making cocktails each evening for all guests - everynight new cocktail/mocktail options.

This was a decent resort pretty clean they did really well with keeping up with the sargassum on the beach. Service was great at the pools. Wasn’t impressed with the food options. The restaurants were small and all of them were hot. Not air conditioned well at all. We ended up leaving the resort 3x to eat food much better and it didn’t affect my stomach like the resorts food had. My room was on the ninth floor great view but again it was not very cool in my room. The worst part for me was on my last morning I woke up at 7am to get ready to check out and catch my flight and NO water!!! No explanation just that they were working on it. I understand things happen but I had to spend my travel day unshowered. Luckily we had 3 large bottles of water in our mini fridge that was cold we used to freshen up. I did enjoy myself but I really don’t think I’d recommend this resort and definitely won’t be coming back

The facilities, activities and service were outstanding. The atmosphere was lively, but also relaxing. The breakfast bar, snack bar by the pool and late night snack bar were the highlight. Capuchino made great coffee. Our room was always cleaned to perfection, was modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be returning.

The grounds at this hotel really make it feel like you’re in paradise. The staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is top notch. You constantly see staff cleaning 24-7. The food is also good although I have had better at other hotels. I will say though, I’ve been to Cancun about 7-8 times and we keep on coming back to this one because it’s very much what we’re looking for.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Steak house was great, the Mexican food at Casa de Flores was okay, Italian food was good. We didn't get to try the other restaurants for dining. The buffet was great. The room was amazing and everything was clean. Overall had a great experience.
