I came here with my mom and 2 teenagers and we all loved it! Room was big enough for 4 of us. We had it cleaned every day. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Food was great with many choices. Hotel has its own store with everything you need for vacation (swimming suits, sunscreens, shirts and shorts, etc). Beach is clean with plenty of seats. We were absolutely happy with our stay!

we only stayed at your hotel 1 night of our 4 night stay. I hope that our unfortunate stay will be fully refunded as we had into multiple issues at your hotel as noted with the front office manager. from leaking roofs and no hot water. plus everything was closed including the kids pool and kid area due to leaking. I was advised to make a full report with the hotel reservation manager about our unpleasant stay.

The staff overall was what made the stay very enjoyable. Always willing to help. One server stood out, Tello, super helpful and charismatic. Also, a chef, Xavi, was so sweet and replaced a lost straw with a cute cup and note. Facilities are what need updating.

Staff was wonderful especially lupita and Mayra at the pool bar. But we were woken up to furniture being moved next door, the food was okay. The blankets were very thin and the towels were rough.

This is the 4th time staying at this hotel and their food definitely changed.-4 out of 6 of us got sick after the 1st day and another one on the 2nd day 😞.

This hotel is a little older, but the staff and the service makes up for it. Food is good and the best part is they share amenities with its sister more modern hotel next door. So you can use their restaurants and other services.

Really 3 Star Hotel This is a budget hotel like La Quinta status. Food is under seasoned. All restaurants expect buffet requires reservations via download their app. One waitress for the pool and none for beach area. Drinks watered down. Staff very friendly. Not a lot of activities for the kids just pool. Room was spacious and cleaned everyday. Recommend if your family is on a budget not great for couples. 15min from airport, use uber, it’s cheaper than taxi.
