View of the ocean was amazing, but that’s the only positive about this resort. Everything is under construction. No kid swimming areas only outdated plastic slides, room smelled moldy, food was upgraded fast food. Will not be staying here again. Can’t relax as all you heard was the drills and hamming of the workers.

Clean room's, cleaning personal nice. Room not ready, food nothing special. This was are 3rd time and no so good experience compared to two previous visits. Food was much better before. A lot's off construction going on a lot's of noise every day. Employees walking on are balcony during day. Restaurant and cleaning people extremely nice and friendly. Room was clean. Want go back there anymore.

I had a lovely stay here. The food was very good even the buffet. I mostly ate there. My room was clean and adequately spacious with a great view of the lagoon. They have shows in the theatre at night, a spa, pools and beach access so there’s plenty to do. For me though, the biggest impression was the excellent service. Everyone is so kind, helpful and professional. Juan Carlos even loaned me a dollar for bus fare. I would stay here again for sure.
