Everyone was amazing and took so much care of us. From the beginning meeting Odaly’s whom boss Andrea was also so accommodating for my 40th birthday trip. Michelle was also such a sweetheart and made sure that she greeted us every time she ran into us. Orquidia at the spa was so welcoming and made sure we had the best experience there. My message therapist Jessica did an amazing service. The security guard Angel was always on top of making sure everything was secure and safe. Excellent service! Delicious food and drinks. Garden view room was dark and rundown. Smelled like sewage. Glad we upgraded to Ocean view. That room was bright, bigger and clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would suggest an additional wall mirror though. The closet mirror was a little annoying to use. Would highly recommend this resort and we will definitely be back

Check in and check out was very easy process. The resort is clean, the food was very good and the party vibe is excellent. The only downside was that we lost hot water the last two days and you have to pay extra for premium liquor such as Jack Daniels which in our opinion isn’t premium at all. Overall good experience and will come back again.

Room was clean. Staff is amazing and incredibly hard working. My only complaint is that they seem to have fewer pool side wait staff than in years past and a lot more employees there that are trying to either upsell you or sign you up for something. It ended up making the pool experience not quite as good as it used to be.
