Wasn’t greeted upon arrival with champagne or cold towel, no information provided about resort; celebrating Anniversary, no special amnesties offered; very noisy at pool area, inadequate beach; we were Premier Member but booked through Expedia. No Premier benefits received, felt like we were being punished because we booked through Expedia. On the bright side, staff was very courteous and friendly.

This was our second time at temptations and we had a problem with one of the rooms. That was out of there control. They immediately changed our room so they could start fixing the problem. The staff. The place everything is amazing there.

We have visited this property several times and it always meets our expectations... Staff are amazing along with the facilities and restaurants . We only have two negative things to say about this resort. 1)... the stairs from the main lobby to the buffet restaurant need to be clearly marked with something other than black tape that blends into the stairs... certainly a fall and trip hazard.... 2).. and most important.... every time we arrive at this resort, they hound you to take a tour and listen to their sales pitch about how beneficial it is to be a member... A simple "not interested" does not cut it... All we want to do is check in and start to enjoy our vacation... NO thank you... means NO Thank you.... even though you tell them you have heard their pitch before...

Property was very clean IT WAS FREEZING THE ENTIRE TIME OUTSIDE AND IN OUR ROOM THEY SAID THEY HAVE NO HEAT THE POOLS ARE FREEZING WATER TERRIBLE…it was no couch or chair in the room. Housekeeping didn’t change my sheets they only change the top one. Floors were slippery for vaporized water I fell injured my knee. FOOD TERRIBLE NO VARIETY IT WAS SO GROSS I COULDNT BELIEVE IT WATER PRESSURE SO LOW ON SOME DAYS SOME DAYS THE WATER ONLY GOT LUKE WARM. I wouldn’t go back. Well maybe when I know it’ll be 80 plus degrees outside and I don’t have to worry about heat in my room cause there’s no heat.

I loved how Keñia recieved us at the front desk, she saw that we were expedia vip members ao she helped us get upgraded to a better room. We truly appreciate it. We also loved how Luigi the bar tender took care of us with the drinks. All of the food was great. Loved sea flirt and the asian plac food there. Top notch place!!
