The place and management staff are terrible. Service staff and bartenders are great but the only reason we go is because of the guests. Wouldn't honor my massage voucher from the time share presentation because I only had a picture of it. They wanted the physical copy. Any loop hole to try to screw you they will take. I don't recommend to do the time share, it's 4 hours and a complete waste of money. If you do, make sure your get a set of couple massages and the upgraded steak and lobster at a VIP table at she at a minimum. We heard that alot of people were only offered one or the other. Ask for more if you do it.

I honestly don’t know if I’d give a whole star. On three several times 3 different Roaches in my room. The front desk when approached just acted like it is absolutely no big deal. Do u want us to spray?? Spray while my belongings are in the room.. Room service was very fast, yet the order was always mixed up somehow. Wait staff asked if they could go get items that I was missing or still wanted. I gave him a 20 dollar tip and he said he’d return in 5 minutes. Needless to say never saw him or another waitstaff the remainder of the night.
