It wasn’t too crowded which I liked. The rooms and public ateas were also clean. The only negative was the beach had so much plant at the edge, it wasn’t cleaned.

We visited Wyndham Alltra in early May of this year, and we found it a fantastic resort in a number of ways. Alltra has a nice location situated between the ocean and lagoon on a beautiful stretch of the Cancun beach. The restaurants were all great, the Italian and buffet being the biggest standouts to us. The buffet was a great way to begin the day for breakfast. The two pools were very nice and, if you’re up for some fun during the day, the activities they provide were super enjoyable. (Only draw back was the size of the pools, which are a little small.) The biggest plus were the staff. Every one of the persons working at the Alltra were super helpful, kind, and gracious! I highly recommend the Wyndham Alltra as great place to stay and a good value.

The resort was super clean and nice! Friendly and amazing staff!!! We would like to thank Miguel and Edwin for guiding us in and outside the resort, they were very helpful and super nice!!! Thanks to the entertainment team Frankie, Eduardo and Andrea who made our days fun and unforgettable. The waiters Jaime and Roberto were fun and welcoming!!! Everyone was welcoming and nice to be honest, front desc team, waiters, housekeepers;we really had enjoyable, fun and amazing vacation!!!! Highly recommend this resort:)

The first day we checked in, we went to have lunch at "Las Ventanas" - We were greeted by a gentleman called Marcelino (around 5pm). He was very rude and unpleasant to talk to. When I asked what was offered to drink, his response was, " what do you want, we have plenty of items'. When I said, how about coconut water, he replied rudly saying, "That is extra" without any further clarification. We also dealt with him at the bar, and he was not friendly at all. First impression was not pleasant at all. On the other hand, please praise Gerardo for having such a wonderful attitue. Always smiling, greeting, and willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Gerardo was working at the main bar by the Lobby and the bar near the beach. With Gerardo and Ricardo by the beach bar, everything we encountered with Marcelino was forgotten. But please make sure Marcelino receives customer service training. Thank you for everything else!

In general the resort is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is clean and neat. If you are looking for quiet places, just make sure that your room is not located near activity areas.
