The room was clean and was serviced daily. The overall hotel should be upgraded. Had mechanical issue in the bathroom. The food service was fair at best!! I did not pay for the daily meal service, as some dishes where cold and not very tasty..

The entire resort was spotless! Staff was courteous and while the buffet was a little bit smaller than most resorts, there was enough things we liked to keep us happy. Drinks were great and bartenders were fantastic! The beach is BEAUTIFUL!!

Room couldve been a tad more clean but the staff came in wveryday and replaced towels and changed bedding and swept the room. All staff were super freidnlt and helpful. There were evening shows to attend. Parts of the resort were under consturction but it was still so beautiful. Next time we would bring our kids!

The employee at the main office was not polite and olso they want to charge me more because for them my kids 17 and 13 they was an adult for a single room double bed.... i was on call with expedia costimer service and hung up on me 3 times

Only here for one day that is my only regret should’ve stayed here longer it is on a beautiful stretch of white sand for Hotel has many Pools I would’ve loved to have stayed here longer. It is definitely like the pictures that you see absolutely beautiful would recommend it. I did not do all inclusive. I sort of understood what she was saying but I was not asked if I speak Spanish really well, but I look like I did so I didn’t get the proper translation. I think all inclusive could work here as well as there’s not much outside the resort.

The hotel was poorly cleaned; there were several beer cans and cigarette butts on the path to and on the beach. Communication with the hotel was impossible; if you need was warm. The food in the buffet was very very bad I used to wake up early in the morning to pick stuff over the beach or over the pool put my personal stuff in there three times my personal stuff was stolen I went to security and Supervisor make a problem with them. They said we can’t do anything at the end. People saw security and worker moving my stuff from the area I booked in the morning. The place is under construction bins two month and need at least three more months to finish the construction. There is no pool that’s Family can be in either Kids pool which is only was open for two days or adult pool very very bad place. I don’t recommend it and very bad people sitting in the reception area.

Very very bad construction everywhere the bar close and they start working from six in the morning they didn’t tell us there is any construction and there is one small pool for kids. They close this one as well and the one pool for adult only waste your money for nothing just to see you, no fun no activity in the morning one small restaurant buffet for everyone you need to line up for 10 to 15 minute outside when you enter it’s not that much food there is no life cooking and only one machine for toast in the morning about 700 people. It’s only one toast one restaurant. And only one bar and everything close 11 pm no activity no nothing you need to sleep by 11 . very bad experience no one go there and the pool it’s always very cold water and . Only one thing it’s good it’s nice view and the beach is very clean. so I didn’t one star only for the view

Restaurants not that great except for Sunset Grill (lunch) and Fasano (dinner). We paid for all inclusive but this resort didn't even have a coffee shop. If you wanted coffee in the afternoon, you either had to pay at a Starbucks booth or pay for room service. All inclusive doesn't mean all inclusive at this resort. Also, once you check out at noon, even if you're leaving the property with a later pickup time, they want you to pay $25 per person until 5pm just so yiu can keep eating & drinking. We would not return to this resort.

I really like the view of my room at the stunning beach and the breakfast is delicious, i love the crossaint that they have and coffe ! , i will comeback for sure next time !, the staff and waitress are very nice im very grateful for their service.

The husband and I were there back in Dec 2025. Pros: The food was great. Cons: On the first night we had to call maintenance because the safe and A/C were not working properly. (They responded quickly so that was a plus, I just didn’t like the minor inconvenience) The beach is not the greatest

Cleans room and loved they changed out sheets and new towels everyday. I forgot my wallet with passport at the breakfast restaurant and the waiter was kind enough to run it to me. All the employees were very very friendly. And never felt unsafe leaving things. Staying here again.
