No wheelchairs friendly, alot or rough spots to get through, broken wheelchair bathroom doors, awful unsafe ramps. Kids found dead cockroaches in the hallway that were there for multiple days. Food low quality and just underwhelming for the cost. Restaurants very limited times especially during slow season alot was unavailable.

A place you don’t have to leave to do stuff. Xcaret Park is right next door and this hotel gives you a ride in their Trajinera. Everything is walking distance but they offer golf carts to take you around the areas. Rooms are spacious and have a nice small balcony. Staff if friendly and very attentive. They could be a bit more animated in the bar areas. But a great experience for our first time here.

The resort is beautiful, comfortable, and well cared for, with friendly staff and amazing attention to the floral and fauna. However, the food and drinks were very disappointing. The buffet often ran out, the à la carte restaurants were hard to access, and the bar options were limited. Entertainment was okay, but after 10 p.m. the only option was the disco, which not everyone enjoys. Overall, a lovely place with great staff, but the culinary experience and evening activities need improvement

This was our first time visiting Mexico, and the hotel provided us with a very positive experience. The food was good, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We did encounter a small issue with our room—we had paid for a Deluxe King but were given a Double Queen instead. The exterior could use some improvement, but overall, the service was very good.
