Pools were great, staff responsive. Italian restaurant was HORRRIBLE. Every other restaurant was decent. Drinks are just ok, nothing special. Access to XCARET park was wonderful!!! Loved that it was included.

Love the jungle setting with all the critters. This is our 4th time here. Great resort for the price point. Rooms are a little dated but comfy beds and CLEAN. We may be back. Food on some days wasn’t the best but typical for “all inclusive.”

Traveling as elderly, with elderly handicapped, this resort is too large. There are too many steps and not enough elevators. The resort is confusing and the shuttles are available but there are not enough and they don't deliver you close enough to where you are going. This resort should be listed as not suitable for the elderly.
