The rooms were extremely clean, and room service daily. The staff very polite, the food was amazing especially dinners at night. Highly recommend this place and don’t forget to try out the late night tacos they offer.

The common areas are kept very neat and clean. The staff is super friendly. This was also a very kid-friendly option. They had shows for kids and adults to enjoy every night. There were several animals to look at as well. The pools were kept very clean and also had family activities to enjoy. We also loved that they played music at the pools and beach.

Giovani in building 22 was absolutely amazing, we were sad we missed saying goodbye to her the day we left. We were without hot water for an entire day, unfortunately it was while my hubby had the flu and a hot shower was his only relief so that was disappointing. We also had the power go out about 10 times in 2 days. Wish there was hot tubs for cooler days and at night. Would’ve been nice if they listed where the activities were located so we could attend. Andrea was also wonderful at building 22. The staff were all very nice there and our room was great, just wish we could’ve made it cooler that 19 degrees

Best resort I’ve ever been to. AMAZING food and great entertainment. I absolutely love all the wildlife and fish! We didn’t do any excursions because there was so much to do just on the resort. The staff is super friendly and fun. Danny and Mosis are top tier. Already planning to book for April.

Overal was a lovely resort! Only complaints were that the staff could be pushy at some times and the drinks weren’t great and the bartenders weren’t super friendly unless ur always tipping. But it was a beautiful resort and overall had an amazing time!

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean. The property was as amazing as the first time we were there. We do recommend the Eco park attached to the property but get at least two days or unlimited. The show at the end of the day at the park was truly amazing with the amount of talent brining it to life, highly recommend. We saw an older gentleman at the lagoon buffet wait staff that we had before, I believe his name was Ortilio…simply the best.

The property is huge, surrounded by natural tropical gardens with wild life... The room was clean with comfortable bed. There's great snorkeling at the property. The stuff is friendly.

We loved seeing the wildlife around the resort. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Wasn’t too busy since it was still off season but that was what I liked, it was never crowded. The room was a little dated but comfortable and very spacious. When we called a week before our stay to double check we would get two double beds instead of a king they made sure to put it on our reservation. There were many great choices for pools and we loved the beach area and the adults only pool looking out on the water.

We love the nature, animals & access to Xcaret. Some of the buildings are in need of repair. Housekeeping was great. Dining room staff were ok. Some language barriers. Some sales pitches for their first club & royal club but not too pushy
