This was my first ever experience in Cancun and it was unbelievable. I understand people are paid to do their job but each and every employee from the bell boy and greeter to the staff and the dining restaurant and pool employees. They were all great they remember after a day all smiles, greet you anytime you see them/walk past. A lot of the pool side staff will seek you out no matter where you relax and get you drinks. The place was spotless and the food was AMAZING. Honestly the restaurants on the resort are bettern than most resurants here in the states when it comes to service politeness and dining experience and the quality of food was amazing. Idk about anyone else but it seems like no matter what I ate I couldn’t gain weight, I’d like to believe it’s because of the quality of the food and the fact they don’t add extra bs in the ingredients. 10/10 would recommend this place. Ps the rooms were very clean always had fridge and towels restocked rooms cleaned daily and had zero concern with any possible dirty beds it was a dream to be honest

First of all the welcoming to the hotel wasn’t really welcoming we had to keep asking where can we check In it wasn’t busy at the time of entry. They didn’t explain anything at check in it was fast. There is the room key and the building is over there. After that we went to eat and the food was really good the rest of the Birthday/Vacation was amazing thanks to the rest of the staff that helped.

Property was wonderful had a great time, but just need a little more activities on resort especially on a weekend. The beach had a lot of seaweed. Food && room service was great. If your looking for a relaxing spot this is it this is not a party young crowd resort much older people is there. The night life it’s not to much. Not a huge resort ever thing is right near each other an everyone is friendly

I'm not sure why people complain so much. We had a great experience. Is a small hotel so there is no a lot of walking to do. People complain about noise and party but there is only one wild party pool, we went to the relax one and it was fine, completely different people if you know what I mean. We didn't like the food but we where there just for a weekend getaway from Houston and not for a culinary experience. Close to the airport (20 min drive), that was important to us because we did not wanted to waist any time. The beach overall was full of seaweed but they had an area with rocks that was very clean and clear water and I enjoyed a lot.

The staff were amazing, property was beautiful. However, there was a smell of mildew and fish throuhout the property even outside. Our room was advertised having a view of the ocean. Nope. Just overgrown palm trees. When i expressed my concern, was told that is the view of the ocean. Upgrade was offered at a cost.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were extremely accommodating. The restaurants were nice. I would have liked for my swim out poolt to be cleaner. I also would have liked there to be a better control of the animals that visit the resort.
