This property is incredible. Worth the extra expense to get Serenity club. The food was amazing… I can’t say that for any other all inclusive I’ve been to. Tons of activities at the pool and evenings if you never want to leave the resort. Staff was super kind and helpful. I will mention that the beaches right there aren’t a 10 but enough for what we wanted. We spent most of the time at the pools.

Exceptional service and experience! Really appreciated the amazing staff who went above and beyond to ensure that we had an awesome time. In particular, the serenity pool host Kevin and the serenity server Julian were the absolute best! We will definitely return.

The service was top notch…all the staff took good care of the details that made us feel comfortable. Every staff that we passed greeted us. When we needed something and we would ask, it was always taken care of. My partner and I don’t drink alcohol and the staff always took care of us. They stocked our room with NA beer and ensured our pool bar had enough NA beer for us. For the dinner show, they made us mocktails and mock shots and even gave us NA bubbly to toast, without us ever asking. Our concierge was kind, informative, and accommodating. Also, book the incursions at the hotel…they know how to work with the hotel and also offer top notch service excursions. I would go back again…this was my first time at Haven and my 3rd time in Cancun. Btw, they have dress codes for the dining facilities…not strict, just something for y’all to be aware. Closed shoes, collared shirt, and nice pants for the nicest.
