We loved this resort for a quick getaway without our kids. I have been to a few all inclusive resorts and this has been my favorite hands down. The staff was exceptional, always made sure to take care of everything that they could. The entire property is beautiful and the pools were perfect! We did upgrade to the serenity club, which I would 100% recommend. It was great to know that we could visit every restaurant/bar/pool, and honestly, the serenity lounge was a huge plus that I did not expect to care about. It was great to be able to get out of the sun/rain, into some A/C and have snacks & drinks that you serve yourself. We had a great time at each dinner, and the food was great! The snacks and breakfast/lunch were pretty generic but still enjoyable. I loved that there are places open later than some resorts, the lobby bar is open all night, the pool bar until midnight, and the 2 other bars until 1 am. Loved having the ease of the serenity pool in the mornings. Then the lagoon pool was beautiful and great to read half in the water or under some umbrellas. The "party" pool was fun and had a DJ playing music all day along with some fun activities such has volleyball - But was by no means a wild party. It was perfect for us in our late 30s to get some fun activity. The room was large and comfortable. The beach was taken over by seaweed in June, but was still beautiful and the pools were plenty for us.

The staff and/or property owners cant be blamed because they did the best they could given the circumstances,. That being said, we couldn't even get close to the ocean because of the sea weed. every morning there was a new wall of seaweed 2' thick by about 15' wide that stretched the entire shore line. pretty disapointing.

The Haven Riviera resort was one of the best resorts we have ever stayed at. The service was well Beyond expectations and the food was amazing! Our Butler Manny was fantastic and made the entire trip amazing. Manny (and I’m assuming the other Butlers) are well worth the extra price!

Very nice property. Well kept, very clean, and modernized. It looks very nice and the rooms have a walk in shower with double rain showers in between the bathroom and bedroom. You can watch TV from shower or if you’re a couple your partner can see into the shower from bedroom if you leave the slide door open to uncover the glass. So attractive/sexy for an adults only resort!! Food was good. Staff was very friendly.

Beautiful property and the service is excellent. Totally worth to get the serenity package - you get access to private areas and pool with side pool food service. If you can get here outside sargassum season (April to November) it is best if you want to use the beach. Locals told us that December is the best time to come. Note that this area has high humidity, and it will seep into the beach front rooms. Best to ask for a humidifier early on, and if you can in preparation for your trip a few days ahead, it would be best. I cannot recommend enough this property and wish I could give it more stars!

The resort is very clean and the staff maintain it consistently. The restaurants and buffet were delicious and had a great variety, the pools were kept at a perfect temperature and clean, all the bar tenders and servers " Sahel, Paloma, Adrianne and louis were very attentive, friendly and went above and beyond with thier service! Haven is a beautiful and well designed resort! We'll definitely be back!

Food is not good at buffet, couple of restaurants are good , not a party resort, if you want to relax just go buy other wise bartenders expect tip before they serve you drinks.

Just returned from my stay. The seaweed was awful and the smell even worse. Our clean clothes smell like mildew, the clean towels were damp as well the bed covering. The resort itself is beautiful but food was mediocre.
