We had the absolute BEST time!! Rooms were clean, food was delicious, amenties were great and service was spectacular! BLANCA , JULIAN and JESUS were just amazing! I miss them already. They always greated us with a smile and made us feel right at home. Blanca literally reminded me of my nana with the great care she took of us. 10/10 recommend this resort. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Haven Rivera as a relaxing trip. However, I think the activities can be improved to be more comprehensive. Also, the kayak tour experience was unpleasant as there was lack of communication between the hotel and the kayak company, resulted in us paying fees for a tour that never happened and could not be refunded. I think this was due to the misleading information on the hotel activity online page, this can be improved for better experience for others.

Staff was fantastic all around from servers, bartenders and housekeeping. Food was excellent, particularly at the Asian restaurant. Property is well maintained and easy to navigate. Special mention to Alfonso - his entertainment lineup is really strong and he always made us feel welcome. Stayed in the Serenity Club for 5 days, 4 nights and my husband and another couple. Highly recommend upgrading the stay! We had an amazing butler, Humberto, the Vistas club food was top tier and the check out & extra lobby was nice! Staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating. Thank you Haven for the amazing vacation!

My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon so much. We had a mix up with a staff member but management cleared it right up by showing great communication and allowing us to fully explain what the problem was. The spa was beautiful!! Definitely a must go to. We stayed on the serenity club side so our butler was able to handle alot reservations for us. We had the swim out pool and it was breathtaking. We will definitely return for the 3rd time and try to bring some family and friends along too.
