Property and room were beautiful. The bathroom was my favorite part and the cleaning staff was great. Bars were always consistent and our favorite place to get food was the grill by the pool where they made fresh tacos and quesadillas. The restaurants were OK and we loved the room service. The foam party at the pool was our favorite activity.

This is a beautiful resort that is laid out really well. The staff and service is superb as well. I think the specialty restaurants could be better and I do think there are several areas that need to be updated and maintained.

The Pros…..great friendly service, range of restaurants, staff appreciate tips but are not demanding them. Nice pool ( main one I swam 2K four times early in the morning day). Serenity gym was empty most days so nice for the treadmills to use. Loved Olios and also the Italian was good. Nice spacious room. Butler Paco was kind and checked in each day but wasn’t in our face. Cons: the shows were weak, Tahlini show had bad acoustics in the room and was very loud. Burlesque show was hilarious, some of the poolside entertainment was passable. Beach is not really a place to hang out with the sea weed and the current is rough. Safe, no people hassling you by the pool to buy trinkets and a very relaxing place to unwind for a week. We enjoyed our time here. Thank you Haven.

The resort was a great experience. Very quiet and peaceful. We had a great experience. The food, the drinks, the staff was all a great experience. The spa is definitely worth trying out. Stayed in the serenity area. First room was very dirty and rundown. Switched to another room and it was ok. A lot of mistakes made with reservations and spa day, which our butler was in charge of making. Staff was friendly!

The large round quiet pool is great. Easy in and out with the sides being sloped…..no ladders or stairs to deal with. It was nice cool water, very refreshing.

Our stay at Haven was fantastic. This was our second trip. We stayed in a romance suite with a swim-out on the round pool, it was so nice to have our own place to relax when the pools got busy. We even had bar service right to our own pool! The room had built-in Bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, tons of storage, and was generally a very comfortable place to stay. The service at this property is truly what sets it apart. From the moment you arrive, the staff treat you with a kindness and sincerity that make you feel welcome and relaxed. Julian and Geronimo took fantastic care of us with poolside service, enjoy your next fishing trip Geronimo! The staff even provide sunglass cleaning, poolside popsicles, and facemasks to cool the day one sunburn. The entertainment staff also go above and beyond to get you as engaged as you want to be. Cristina, Sharkboy, Pepe, and Janet (and I’m sure I’m missing more) really make sure every day is fun. Whether you want to have a morning yoga session with Cristina, play some volleyball with Pepe, or hop into a Crazy Game with Sharkboy, there’s plenty going on at the main pool. The foam party was a huge highlight for us!! There are also great live music options and daily activities like macrame and bracelet-making that keep you engaged. The bars are all excellent as well. Creative drinks at every bar, and if you catch a bar during a slower period make sure you chat with your bartenders. You’ll get some great stories and custom drinks. You

The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. Modern design and amenities, rooms are very nice. The entire property is spotless. The pools are amazing. There are quiet areas and "party" areas to satisfy whatever mood you want your vacation to be. Only critique would be the restaurants-we stayed 3 nights. 2 of the 3 nights at 2 different dinner restaurants, the wait for entrees was so long that we contemplated leaving to finish our meal at the buffet. We're talking like 45 minutes between appetizer and dinner. Otherwise, it was great!

What an awesome resort! We had a swim out pool, food was great and the staff couldn't have been better! it was just the vacation I wanted (needed), no stress and sunshine. I plan on going back some day.
