Always a great stay at any of the Crystalbrook Hotels in Cairns. Way more modern and high standard than many others. Had a minor issue with the TV which was fixed promptly. Front desk allowed me to check in early which solved a small logistical problem. Awesome as ever!!

This was a great place to stay in the heart of the city. Our room was modern and fresh and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A big shout out to Chris the chef on the buffet breakfast. A must have to start the day as his home made breads were delicious.

Close proximity to the bay bay. Lots of places to eat. Hotel had two rooms, kitchens, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a safe. Huge wraparound balcony, with a great view. Friendly staff.

Rooms have everything you need and reception is helpful. Make sure you are not put on a lower floor as the street outlook wasn’t the best and it was quite noisy. Also note that some of the rooms don’t have balconies or any type of outlook, some of the rooms face internal at the reception? which wasn’t the best first impression or what I was expecting. ended up paying more for a balcony facing a noisy street with no real outlook also on the first floor. Pool isn’t the best and bar was closed at 10pm on a Friday night. Good place to stay for a room and plan to be somewhere else most of the time.

LOVED our stay here! The room was clean, very comfortable as well as quiet. It’s walkable to all the major food/shopping you need and has a great view as well. We felt relaxed and rejuvenated after our stay here. Highly recommend!
