I understand we were there during the Christmas period and staff was not available, but some priority shud be given to existing customers who are already staying in the hotel and not only to new customers as the services were provided to the new customers only during this period

This was not what I expected. The curtain rods in the bathroom were rusty. Thank God,I only stay there for two nights,and had a whole day tours scheduled,so I didn’t have to spend my time there,except for sleeping.

The room was fine, probably a good 3 star room in the nineties. My key was bent, so I was almost unable to get into the room. The staff was fine, a bit blunt and not overly stoked to go out of their way to help you.
