Stuff were incredible, very helpful. Hotel itself is not bad. A bit outdated but nothing out of the ordinary compared to the rest of the area. Food in the hotel was ok-ish.. breakfast 7.5 but dinner was for me poor. In overall I would pick this hotel again if I will come back

Great value for money

Rooms spacious, bed very comfortable, basic amenities but good quality. Breakfast was hot and plenty of choice and free parking was an added bonus. It is quite far from Cairns night-life and after deciding to walk to our concert and back we ended up getting a taxi half way back. They do have a shuttle bus but stops running at 4:30pm which was a shame

I rate a hotel on whether or not i would stay there again, and i would definitely stay here next time I'm in Cairns. The staff are lovely. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a wide variety of food choices. If they offered daily house keeping such as making beds and refreshing towles, i would have given a 5 star review. One other area that caused me to give 4 stars i stead of 5 is that the fabric chair in our room had mildew on it, as did the plastic chairs on our balcony. But apart from those things, i couldn't find fault with anything else. It was a pleasure to stay here.

Bed bugs, but decent sized rooms.

The room was nice and the two double beds were comfortable for me and my friend. Unfortunately, we both got bitten all over by bedbugs in the bed. We tried to explain it to the guy at the front desk the morning after and said that we suspected that they were bedbugs in the room. However, he didn't seem bothered at all and didn't offer an apology or anything other than saying oh I guess I'll have to get someone to look at the room, then just looked down at his screen again.
