The Caribbean Ocean sets the scene for this breathtakingly beautiful resort! Check in was fairly easy and quick. Arrived late due to flight delays but was still upgraded on my room. Staff was helpful and kind. I did find the service to be lacking around the pool and at the Asian restaurant. My room was on the 9th floor, corner ocean view and nothing short of spectacular! I absolutely cherished that view daily, appreciate the upgrade with my Expedia perks! Bed and room had everything I needed and was super comfortable. Loved the coffee shop, Mediterranean Restaurant, and close beach access. It’s also only 15 minutes from the airport. Would love to return in the future. Small boutique hotel that wasn’t super expensive but felt like it was!

I did not like anything about this place. The elevator was very small, rusty, and not working properly—I got stuck and couldn’t get down. The hallway was small, dark, and dingy, and there was also a water leak.

The hotel staff were all so nice and very helpful. The room service was great to the room was always cleaned very well. The only critique I would have is the hotel itself is a little out of date and could use some remodeling from the outside. Other than that we had a great stay great food and great beach.
