The staff here are truly exceptional. They were incredibly nice and paid close attention to everything we needed. I really appreciated how they consistently took care of our requests. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was so so,. Food was the same for 3 days the i was there. If you really want to have peaceful vacation or get away time that will be the perfect place. Otherwise you need to go to another hotel. They don’t have shows at night time or music by the pools.. the beach are nice but have small spaces to hangout there.

We had a great time and enjoyed all the food. We came just to stay the night and relax before our flight but it was nice spot and everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in experience is top tier. One thing to note is that there’s not much entertainment. If you’re looking for that you’ll need to do tours. I think a game room or similar would’ve been nice. Todo fue excelente, excepto en el restaurante Azul, donde el mesero trataba muy bien a los turistas, pero a nosotros, que hablábamos español, nos ignoró y, cuando le pedimos café, se fue, así que tuvimos que ir a otro lugar. Esto nos pasó tanto ayer en la cena, como hoy en la mañana con otro mesero; en el mismo lugar, fue la misma preferencia.
