The best All-Inclusive experience I have ever had. I host my 40th Birthday girls trip here and everyone was happy with the cost, service, asthetic, and food. Teh food option were elite. Teh buffet was the highlight fro us. Teh dailu themes added to the variety.

I loved the hotel. It was a small boutique hotel, exactly what I wanted. Not catered to families with kids. Food and drinks were good. Ocean views were phenomenal. Pool is nice with a swim up bar. They don't allow people to reserve chairs so they were always available! Loveee. Breakfast was amazing. Had a great massage at the spa. Cons: Gym is small. No security, anyone can walk right in. Hotels next to it had security or locked gates. Lounge chairs could be better and need more drink tables by the lounge chairs.

The staff was friendly and the property was well maintained. It was an easy check in and check out process. The bartenders were attentive. There was a good selection of food. The jacuzzi wasn’t working during our stay, and we had to ask for extra towels multiple times before they brought them up to our room. We also had to ask multiple times for them to clean our room before it got completed. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. We had the inspira ocean front room and the view was absolutely beautiful.

I liked the convenience of the hotel, especially its transportation options (close to the airport, well located for activities outside the resort, etc.). The food was very good — we really enjoyed it. The staff were so nice to us. We will definitely return to the hotel.

I didn’t the like the fact the pools were small, the entertainment team was modest, the soap in every single restroom was diluted, only the breakfast was and the Italian restaurant was ok, the Asian restaurant i didn’t like where the beef was so chewy and low quality, the room was clean and renovated and the lagoon view was ok.
