The resort was beautiful! The staff are very friendly and there were a variety of food choices. The food itself was also tasty compared to other all inclusive resorts. The bathroom could use a little updating as our sink was very slow draining and the mirror was a little outdated. Overall we had a great experience! We would definitely recommend!

First impressions were not the best, while we were greeted by lovely people, We were immediately given a sales pitch. We hadn't even had the chance the see the room or take in the breathtaking views. The room itself was fine, the main attraction was the view. We faced the beach and overlooked the pool area as well. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, almost like sewer gas which would emanate from an unknown source from time to time. Never unbearable but it did make it less enjoyable. The dining options were just ok. There were lots of mediocre choices and a some better options. The staff were friendly and super attentive but it was clear they were understaffed. The atmosphere is laid back and tame from a "party" standpoint. The pool bar closed at 7:00pm, which was fine with us, as we are not drinkers but that would be something to keep in mind if you're looking for a party resort. All in all, we would stay elsewhere.

Was a nice little resort to relax on vacation and enjoy the weather. Not a party resort! The downside to this resort was the cleanliness. Our bathroom faucet had some growth all over it and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. The windows to the room were absolutely filthy as well, so no view to really look out to from the room. A little rough around the edges

(1）Lost USD 100 and MXD 300 on the first day in the room due to the problem of the saftety box. Reported to the hotel manager and till now no respond. （2）The dinner waiter took our ordered Sushi to the next table and the guest had eaten one piece and then realized that was not their ordered and the waiter took away. Several minutes later the waiter gave the used sushi to me. That's disgusting.
