We had the privilege upgrade which was 100% worth it. We had a great experience every time we ate at the privilege lounge, every interaction was the best, they do their best to provide you with the best service, Manuel was our waiter most of the time, he was amazing every single time. Pedro, the manager of the restaurant always makes sure you are receiving the best possible treatment. Out butler, Ariz, was great as well, always available with the best attitude to help. Belen from privilege Lounge, Antonio from the pool bar, Lizbeth the pool waitress, Jorge from the privilege office and Ronaldo from the Italian reataurant were all amazing. The food at this resort was great, the cleaning service always had the areas spotless, and the convenience of having everything closed by made our stay the perfect family vacation.

Getting old. Needs more renovations in rooms not just painting outside of buildings

My stay was amazing, I was initially in a room that the AC didn’t work and I was given the option to upgrade to a suite at a good discount which I took and had access to all the amenities. Aylin was a perfect host and made sure my stay was perfect. All the staff were nice, professional and catered to my needs. I would definitely stay here again.

The Vivd property was perfect. The staff was amazing, the property was clean, there was a lot to do and the food was great.

This resort was absolutely amazing! The entire place was grand. The grounds were kept amazing. Everything was so clean. The renovation to the place made the entire experience unforgettable. The different buffets had great food and beautiful settings. The resteraunts that you had to make reservations for had amazing food as well. Our favorite was the hibachi. The courtyard where they would have music in the evening was also a great experience. The sports bar was the largest we’ve seen at a resort so far with lots of seating and TV’s for the games. There are lots of pools at this place so you always have a spot to get in the pool. The beach had a bar open and a couple other spots that looked to be under renovation. The only negative experience was the mass of seaweed but that is everywhere along the coast. The kids pool area looked to be a great experience with lots of water splash’s and slides. Definitely a good place to bring the kids to. We used America Transfer for our shuttle service and they were on time and a great experience. Overall a wonderful experience and would come back!

RIU palace was by far the best all inclusive I have ever been to. Will definitely return.
