The resort was beautiful and from the time we arrived to the time we left the staff was so friendly and amazing. Lily was our butler and made the week incredible for us! She always made sure we felt taken care of and gave us wonderful recommendations! We will definitely be coming back!

Just stayed here and got food poisoning on the 2nd night which ruined my 8 day stay, plumbing water leaked all into the closet onto my clothes, tub outside wasn’t cleaned, staff wasn’t friendly, limited access without “privilege”, no patio cushions on our furniture, booked a reservation for the Sakura restaurant and got turned away until we came back with reservation receipt, buffet food not good, and it’s the only place to eat breakfast, beach full of seaweed and nearby pool stunk from it, hotel staff constantly nagging you to buy photo and spa sessions, literally couldn’t sit in peace. I’ve spent far less for far better experience, literally bleeding out of my butt the whole trip, you’d think tipping hundreds of dollars throughout the week we’d get better service. Stay away, couldn’t warn you enough!

The pool was crowded and not clean, which caused my kids to refuse to go in. At the buffet, staff were serving pasta and fruits with their hands; I expected them to use gloves instead. The only thing we enjoyed was the shows; we really looked forward to the performances every night.

They made me wait till 3 PM for my room knowing I had a six month old baby with me I got there at eight in the morning and when they gave me my room, somebody else was already in that room. I walked into the room and a couple was sleeping in the bed so embarrassing. They said they were gonna give me a gift for the inconvenience which I never received.

Me gustó el hotel lo único es que falta más aire acondicionado en las tiendas o restaurantes está muy caliente. Una cosa que no me gustó fue que fui agarrar un café y espere 45 min y cuando llegue a la caja me dijieron que hielo no había entonces mi recomendación es que avisen con tiempo a las personas y así no tendremos que esperar tanto..

I feel deceived. It has such great reviews but food was terrible. Restaurants were closed or had parties so one could not use them. AC was broken in a few places and one of the employees said that they hope it was fixed soon. If you want juice or natural drink do not expect the waitress to bring it to your table. Go grab a 3 oz glass of juice. If you want hot sauce, they have Tabasco. Fruits they have pinaple, melon, and watermelon. No variety of cocktails. Do not go!!!

The food was awful. Every restaurant was just as bad as the next. The staff was very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are old and our rooms had mini air humidifier to help with order had to dump out the water all day and night.
