We had an amazing time. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. Both shower and bath/jaccuzi. Several pool and the beach is so nice. The only bémol would be the system of dining reservation. The buffet was good but the steakhouse meat was not so we didn’t try the other restaurant. It was impossible to reserve a table anyway. The japanese was good. Would go back

I enjoyed my stay very much. Just a few negatives, the hours facilities were open. The arcade, family lounge and ice cream shop open late. I would have enjoyed access throughout the day. The coffee shop was wonderful but it could use a second server, extremely long line ups. Staff were great.

Be prepared to stand in line for a significant portion of your trip. Granted we did travel during March break. The hotel was extremely busy. Lineups to make dinner reservations were very long as was the lineups in the buffet. Other dinner reservations could be made on the app, but this was challenging as there were 12 of us Travelling together,Staff were very kind and helpful.

I didn't like that my wife couldn't have a meal at any of the restaurants due to her mil allergy. They waiters tried but often we would then just receive a meal with no spices/ bland. The buffet was good though and the chef cooked a meal for my wife that she enjoyed.

Was my husband and I first time to this part of Mexico, and all exclusive resort. Right when we got there they upgraded us to the beso area. We had booked a garden daisy view on the family side, so that was nice since it was just my husband and I. Right off the start you have to talk to someone, and we where tired from flying in early, and just wanted to go to our room, and my husband thought it was strange we couldn’t take our bags up to room. They ask you to come down for a breakfast and I believe try to sell you privileged, because that’s what I have seen on other reviews. Don’t really understand why they have that, only noticed when we tried to order a grey goose and seven they said we had to pay. The drinks seem watered down, and only Dos Equis amber, and could have had beer selection. The pools and property are very nice. Have to make reservation steak house, but food wasn’t very good, and Route 66 not that great meat was tough, also ate at Mexican restaurant, a little better and service was great waiter very helpful, but I have better Mexican food.

entire resort is run down and tired. My upgraded room was dirty, items such as hot tub did not work, lighting did not work in room, would come on some times and not other times. Staff was brutal to get into the room to resolve and after 2 weeks, items still not corrected. Would not recomend this property going forward

We like the cleanliness of the property and the staff was very nice except for the time share staff in the lobby which are very pushy and can’t take no for an answer. We just wanted to relax and enjoy our time on vacation and didn’t want to partake in the vacation club. We also wish the theater shows were better and there were more red meat choices at restaurants as we are not seafood eaters. Javier(Train Operator) is an excellent representation for the resort and offered up a lot of information of the resort and the areas around the resort.

Overall my son and I enjoyed our trip. After the first 2 days you basically see all there is to see. It was very beautiful. Biggest gripe however to start was that the phone in my room didn’t work well. To communicate with guest services, etc was very trying. Also, from the time we arrived the concierge was kind of pushy to set us up with an informational session the very next morning. The massage offered for your time is a nice gesture, but you have to think about why people go on vacation. For me vacation is to move on my own timing, I don’t want to get up bright and early as I do daily when I’m home while I’m on vacation. You can see the disappointment in his face when I said, not tomorrow, how about the following day. We just traveled, I would like to rest. Unfortunately, the next night I ate something that didn’t quite agree with me so I called in to let them know I wouldn’t make the session. The response was “we already made the voucher with your name.” While I appreciate that, if I’m saying I’m not feeling well that should be understood. I also felt like tips were looked for after every drink, every service, and well as reviews for employees. The employees were very nice, aside from that. The food was a little underwhelming, as far as seasonings, etc but throughout the week it started to get a little better.

Ocean riviera paradise was an amazing resort, the food was great and had lots of dining options from the buffets to the other 7 elegant/ fancy restaurants. The room was very spacious and remodeled which I really liked. All the staff were very kind and helpful. They also had lots of activities to do during the day you will always be entertained. I would highly recommend this resort it’s definitely one of my favorites.
