i didn't like most of the food that i try it didn't feel 100 % real and the alcoholic drinks had artificial flavors not good the sodas in the room refrigerator also were bad quality. The staff were very nice most of them. There was just like two person that probably were having a bad day. i saw two roaches in two different restaurants but i didn't want to be a party pooper i didn't say anything tp staff. If you would like to ask me more questions about my stay i'll be happy to answer them.

We stayed at the Ocean Riviera Paradise for a week. Its a nice resort with some fun activities available such as bowling, tennis and a moneky sanctuary. I would say the dinner options were good but not the best i've had when ive visited other resorts. The resort itself is large, so it never feels crowded. We were upgraded to the master suite which was very large for 2 people, but we appreciated the space. We had a personal butler his name was Felipe, he was amazing and always quick to reply to pur questions bia whats app. He went over and beyond to decorate our bedroom for my husband's surprise birthday. He never pressured us into purchasing anything extra and was kind and attentive when needed. His service gave us comfort knowimg he would be able tohelp.with pur dinner reservations or for anything we meeded assistance with. Thank you Felipe for your kindness and exceptional service! Shout out to Lisandro, our concierge, for ensuring we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect :-). If I had to nitpick, we had some problems with our rooms AC and the restaurants were uncomfortably warm.

My stay at Ocean Riviera Paradise All Inclusive was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The resort is spacious, clean, and beautifully landscaped, making it a perfect getaway spot. The variety of restaurants and bars meant there was always something new to try, and the food was generally very good, especially the à la carte options. The beach area was well-maintained, and the pools were a great place to unwind with plenty of loungers and entertainment. What stood out most was the range of amenities and activities offered—everything from shows and water sports to a bowling alley and coffee shop. The staff were friendly and hardworking, especially the entertainment team who kept things lively throughout the day. I also appreciated the family-friendly sections as well as quieter areas for adults, making it a good balance for different types of travelers. Check-in was a bit slow, and there were occasional delays in room service. Some areas of the resort felt a bit understaffed during peak times, especially at the buffet. Additionally, while the resort is large and offers a lot, it can feel spread out and sometimes required quite a bit of walking or waiting for a shuttle. Overall, I had a great time and would recommend Ocean Riviera Paradise for couples, families, or groups looking for a fun and relaxing all-inclusive experience.

We stayed in a Privilege swimout room and thoroughly enjoyed it. I honestly don't feel there was a need for a butler other than booking reservations and getting our pool floats blown up though. The Privilege beach was a huge disappointment due to the fact that even though it's roped off they allow outsiders to constantly walk around and bug you about different things - selling sunglasses, hair braiding, vapes, etc. The reservation required food was excellent, Sakura being our favorite. The buffet was bland and nothing special. The Privilege restaurant had a nice buffet, nicer than the main one. None of us cared for our lunch at the Privilege restaurant. The steakhouse was good, as was the Italian restaurant. The vendors selling items in the main plaza on Saturday evenings were a complete sham. They sell the exact same things that are for sale in the gift shop, only twice the price. Unfortunately, two people in our group already purchased from the vendors before realizing the exact items were half the price in the gift shop. Entertainment was lacking, although the first night they had someone playing the guitar and he was excellent. The following two evenings were Spanish singing and dancing. Lots of people enjoyed it but we had no clue what they were saying so we didn't stay to watch. Karaoke was entertaining. The resort is huge so plan on walking quite a bit. The water area for children looked really nice for families that bring little ones.

every thing is average , limited access to pools unless you parches a higher area witch did not show on the site .

They stay was good. They upgraded us to a swim up room which was nice . Alcoholic drinks were not strong unless you tip them. Tip for guests- Next day of your check in , you will receive a chit slid through the door stating sorry we missed you yesterday and asking you to go to the lobby to collect your coupon. It’s a trap to sell you a vacation package. You loose 90 mins of your stay talking to a sales person who will walk you around the property, take away your breakfast time and then if you don’t sign up for the TIMESHARE package , make you feel guilty that we wasted their time. Initially they sales team will speak nicely to you and say all they need is 90 mins of our to show around the property and in return they promised a trip to downtown, a bottle of tequila and a pendant . I never got my tequila bottle as they kept saying you need to talk to the person who promised and I could never find that person . This was the most annoying part about the stay . But rest was decent .
