My only serious complaint is that the noise of people at night was unacceptable. Getting sleep at night was hard to come by. Lots of yelling and inconsiderate behavior in hallways still at 2-3 am. No management or staff intervention for “quiet” control. Our party of people will not come to this property again nor will we recommend this facility. It is too bad because we enjoyed the daytime and earlier evening entertainment and events. FYI, we heard these same comments from MANY other guests.

The food was good. The resort is a great location with easily walking to 5th Ave. We upgraded to ocean front rooms and was glad we did. We didn't hear any road noise at night, just the waves even with the door shut. The lounge chair situation is the worst I have seen though, you pretty much have to get chairs by 7am or you are out of luck.

Property is being managed very well. Staff was excellent, goes out of their way to help. Facilitiy is well kept, but is not new. The food in the restaurants was good. The food in the buffet was alright, not very tasty for me. It did have entertainment every night.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The Ocean front room had a magnificent view. Worth the added cost. The buffet had many good options but did not vary much daily. The ala cart restaurants were casual but nice. The entertainment venue moved inside and was not as good as years past. The beach has severely eroded, it's not swimmable and needs repair. there is a very nice beech a short walk North along the Gulf. There are not enough pool chairs. They are reserved early yet infrequently occupied so its next to impossible to enjoy the pool. This practice is against the hotel rules, but it is not enforced.

Staff is excellent, property is easy to get around. We could have gone without a couple of cold showers. The resort is a little smaller than what we typically go to but would definitely recommend and would go again.

I would definitely stay here again! Everyone in the property was so welcoming & helpful when needed. Plenty of food options & even a wonderful sushi bar on the upper level. The beach was a very short walk away. The ferries to Cozumel were within walking distance as well. This property made our 20yrs anniversary extra special by putting a bottle of Champagne & fancy dessert in our room one of the days. We loved it here!!

Hotel staff and proximity to 5th St were definitely the highlights of this trip. Without the amazing staff I would have rated this resort lower. No hot water almost everyday no matter what time you showered, room amenities didn't align with what we were told at booking, and the unkept beach shoreline left a nasty smell in the beach and pool area.
