I stayed for a night and loved the place. It was clean, fresh looking, the staff were wonderful and the room was spacious and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone!
The food was lovely the bed was one of the best i have had in a hotel and the staff were excellent would 100% recommend to anyone

Good but could be better
Good but could be much better! It’s a great hotel with lots going for it! But there are a few things that let them down on the latest stay.
The property overall is very well maintained and the food offerings is an enviable highlight of the hotel.
But simple things like during my 7 day stay everything shuts down on sundays including housekeeping, so Monday morning guests are greeted with food trays in the hallways which could also do with the carpet cleaned and stains throughout removed! The room service didn’t happen Sunday and was not consistent on any days!
The shower in room 307 could definitely do with the shower screen and grout getting extra attention imho!
All that said, it’s a great value option with the best minibar stock & selection I’ve seen! I’ll be back!

The bed was very uncomfortable with a depression centrally. Need to check and update beds.
Bathroom needs a redo with need to step into tub for shower. Antiquated
Good stay overnight. Very comfortable bed. Room spotless. (Small issue with the Air Con - reported on departure & sorted hopefully).

Incredibly convenient location for us. Rooms are great and restaurant was fantastic to invite our friends to come and dine with us. Pool is lovely and the rooms all face the beautiful bush away from highway so it’s quiet and peaceful.
Easy check in, very helpful and friendly staff. Free onsite parking. Room was clean and spacious and had a good sized bathroom. Our request for extra pillows was happily fulfilled. Close to shopping centre. Will definitely stay here again.
