Lovely staff and property. Parking in the valet parking area was difficult though, we needed to keep going around the block until a space became available, about 25 minutes. Great eco approach at this hotel including recycling bins in the room and cardboard coat hangers.

Room small but comfortable. No work desk. Room service food hit and miss. Can’t park your car underneath building unless you pay $50 valet service. Overall did not suit my purpose.

Great stay

Loved the Crystalbrook for our two night stay. Foyer and downstairs bar is great. Rooms are very clean and styled very nicely. Didn’t go to the restaurant and bar on the top floor. In a great location and a five minute walk to the waterfront.
