It was comfortable, lovely staff. Some of the restaurants on site - the food was exceptional, the buffet was good but fairly standard all inclusive fare. Overall we had a great time! There was one day when our water was switched off so we couldn’t shower and we were told it would be for an hour and it was for 5 hours. We also weren’t told about it beforehand - just went to shower and it didn’t work. That wasn’t ideal.

Our 5 day stay was excellent. We enjoyed our time here. The only issue was the seaweed season which made the beach unpleasant and we were not able to get in the water.

Great place. Overall I was very happy with the property. The entertainment was top-notch and Kenddall is amazing. I had expected this to be more of a resort but got there and saw that it is like a little village with a bunch of buildings with rooms, which is fine and they were lovely, but good to know when you’re booking. The food was OK for the price, but could’ve been better. I would definitely stay here again. The entertainment is definitely what pushed it over the top.

The property was great. Really well kept. It was nice to see all the wildlife throughout the grounds. The food and entertainment was great too. It's outside of the city and a $30 taxi ride (each way) to make it in. And nothing is really accessible within walking distance outside the resort, but you won't really find a resort with grounds this open in the city. It's a trade off. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff seemed to make an effort to be friendly and helpful. We are repeat visitors at this resort, and frequent all-inclusive resort guests, and pretty laid-back, so we don't require a lot. But they were always checking to be sure we were good, but in an un-intrusive way. My mobility is limited, but I do walk. Whenever staff saw me they offered transportation by golf cart. Sometimes I used it, sometimes not, but anytime we requested assistance, it was quick and friendly. Our toilet plugged up, we reported it, and maintenance was there in minutes. Special shout-out to Alfredo and Jesus!
