Hotel is nice, however since arrival were some issues. We aririved at the hotel and told us room was available after 3 pm. Returned to get our room at 3:45 pm and we got our room key. However, when we got to the room, cleaning crew was there and I had to wait 20 more minutes outside the room waiting to be clean. Second issue, we requested a King bed, and room was unable due to being a holiday. We got a two “queen beds” and those beds were full beds instead. If you ask a question to anyone of their staff, they immediately try to sell you a “timeshare.” Food is great. Overall I give a 7/10 just because the staff is trying to sell you a timeshare are annoying.

That was one of the worst experiences we had. We found chattered glass in the sink of our room, the fridge was leaking, hairs in the jacuzzi, mold in the bathroom, overall the room was very dirty.

Hotel Xcaret Arte is gorgeous. I enjoyed how unique the property is. The food and drinks are all great. They take care of everything for you and the staff is super friendly. Already planning to go back .
