The staff was the best part of the resort & experience. Our bulter, Adriano was on top of everything, making the vacation totally hassle-free. Areas I suggest for improvement are: alert guests when they check-in that a quiet area is available. The constant LOUD music and noise level was unreasonable. The resort misses on details. No towel.bars in the rooms to hang towels. No drawers/ bureau to put clothes away. Restaurant service, especially at Pelican was terrible. Most mornings breakfast took an hour and a half, consequently the meal was unacceptable. I found I had to ask for everything, such as coffee was served without a spoon or condiments. When I asked for a spoon, i got one the other person didn't. I asked for a mimosa and was told liquor wasn't served at breakfast, though many tables had them. There was an air of silent discrimination, by this I mean certain couples got immediate and continuous service, well ahead of us. This happened often. Final suggestion is to be prepared for a 3 or 4 star property. Definitely not an exceptional resort.

The staff is amazing, especially Ruben in pelicanos. He took such good care of us. We love the entertainment staff at the pool, Aaron, dolce, Benjamin and the rest were so much fun. Our main reason for choosing this resort is the party vibe at the pool. The rooms are clean and remodeled. The hotel location cannot be beat. You can walk straight out to 5th Ave and enjoy all the local shops. We have been coming to this resort for many years and will continue the tradition.

Liked my room on the outside away from the pool. Small view of the beach was nice. Bed was comfortable. Quiet pool area is not that quiet with all the carts-change the wheels for a lot less noise. I get loud music and having a great time, but it needs to be turned down some. Everyone was polite and helpful. Special thanks to Aldahir and Marissa in the coffee shop, Antonio on the beach and all their beautiful smiles and excellent service
