The staff was amazing, and had a lot of great conversations in Spanish and English. Had excellent meals at several of the restaurants including Pelicanos, Rincon, Asiana, and Chefs Table. Adriano the butler was awesome and took care of me as a solo traveler.

Great property and wonderful staff all around, only downside was the seaweed. Wish I had known ahead of time that the beach and ocean were pretty much inaccessible due to the amount of seaweed. The pool was plenty large enough for us to relax by it however.

Great location, just a block away from 5th Ave. Great service, very friendly. I loved the Mejorado bar, the bartenders are great. The negative, it's hard to find chairs, I was constantly asked if I wanted to rent a cabana. The entertainment can be better, they tend to play music a little low and play the same boring music. This is an adult resort, so it should act like one by being more lively at the pool and lobby at night. They seem to want to please certain older demographic.

We stayed at this property for 1 week and LOVED it. There are areas that can be noisy during the night due to nightly live entertainment. We inquired about a quieter room- which during that time they were understanding and gave us a new room. This hotel is very accommodating. Food is AWESOME. We also loved the entertainment. There is always something to do! The location of the hotel is unbeatable, right near 5th. Lastly, this hotel has an impeccable spa! We got the most heavenly massages! Thanks for making our honeymoon so memorable !!

I've been to Cancun/playa del carmen many times and this was my favorite resort. I would consider it more chill than some of the other party resorts like RIU. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The entertainment team did a great job. We were unable to go on the beach due to the seaweed which I didn't care about. I enjoy the pool. The only downside was being ask to buy a cabana multiple times a day everyday. However, wouldn't stop me from going back. I understand they are doing their job. The food was AMAZING! Room was clean, refreshed daily. We had to call maintenance once- very quick turnaround. The location was right next to 5th ave. We went there a few night felt safe no issues. 10/10 would recommended.

Rooms are very spacious, service is top notch, all of the restaurant's were amazing! Pool service was fast and courteous. our only complaint was the beach had a lot of seaweed, and it seems the beach at the Hilton Play Del Carmen must have deteriorated because it is very very small

This place is clean! Everyone we came back in our room the beds were made and clean. New towels and wash cloth. I had the best time. The mediterranean restaurant was amazing, the staff there Monday night was soo nice. Made my fiancé birthday special. Miguel Arcos was the best where ever I saw him. Definitely good time, only thing is Mexico is strict! Can’t do hookah on your balcony.

The resort was clean. The food was very good, but i wouldn't call it "all inclusive" they were trying to put an extra charge on too many food items. 90% of the staff were super nice, but there were a some that were not nice, bordering on rude. Trying to make sales for extra things. And if you don't buy the extras, you are looked down on.

The Hilton was amazing. They always had events and entertainment going on. It was close to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing! This was our first resource experience and we absolutely loved it! Now for my cons: we upgraded our room for pool side and while it was nice our jacuzzi was not funcional. We where a bit disappointed as we wanted to try it all. Another thing was due to elections in Mexico the swim up bar and bar options for that weekend weren't open. I would just have appreciated a heads up so we could have consider moving our dates. However the food and drinks that where available to is was amazing. Giving it a 9/10!
