At almost every restaurant and bar, staff were constantly trying to sell add-ons, which became frustrating. There was also a strict limit of only two drinks per person at a time. Since my wife is pregnant, I ordered one water and one beer, and was told I couldn’t get anything else. The beach area was poorly attended—no one was available to offer refills, as staff seemed focused on the pool area where they were actively selling front-row cabanas. On the few occasions I did get drinks from a poolside waiter, they brought mojitos with alcohol even though my wife had clearly requested non-alcoholic drinks. I’ve stayed at many all-inclusive resorts where you can sit anywhere, order as many drinks as you want, and enjoy meals without being pushed to purchase extras from the menu. That was not the case here. Even at the spa, there was pressure to buy scented oils at $30 per person, which took away from the relaxing experience. On top of that, there was significant noise from the room next door late at night. We had to call the front office twice at around 1:00 a.m. to ask that the neighboring room lower the volume, which further impacted our stay.

Our vacation was AWESOME! The resort is large enough for privacy but compact enough to allow easy access to all amenities. The room was beautiful and food was on point. The staff is amazing and go out of way to make sure everything is to our liking.

The staff at Hyatt vivid are exceptional! They are hard-working and friendly and make every day a pleasure to be there. Shout out to the entertainment team - you folks are awesome! Best part was the location, everything in playa was just a few mins walk from here, the staff were also very nice and helpful and food was decent however the noise could not be ignored you hear everything, music is blasting all day and night, the rumble of passing carts, people in the rooms around us or walking by was just tough to relax, overall not bad though

Food was horrible and takes a long time. Not many activity options. Service was okay. Spa was very overpriced. Beach was very small and could not go in water due to all the rocks. Hard to find a pool chair. Pool was freezing and hot tub was always full.

Our butler, Roberto was amazing! Mario at the quiet pool bar was amazing! Clean property. Great food, and service was unbelievable! Friendly staff! Everybody was always willing to help if we needed it. We will definitely stay there again!!!
