The club room was a little dated, and the club lounge underwhelming. Alcoholic drinks are only included between 5 - 8pm with a small selection of hot and cold food. Drinks only include wine and beer. Breakfast was very good and the staff ourstanding. Overall it was just ok, I wouldn't recommend or stay here again.

Theses written words are an understatement. Excellent stay. Front desk staff very helpful and accomodating. Rooms very clean and comfortable. Mahdu restaurant is top tier in service and taste. Sports Bar makes best mocktails. Hated having to leave!

When I arrived they could not find my reservations. It took about 20 minutes to get it sorted and I was told to sit and wait while they worked on it. They room smelled terrible with no second lock for the door, the floor was covered in hair, the furniture is worn, the bed sinks in the middle as if the mattress hasn’t been flipped in years, and the thermostat was completely broken and not connected to the wall. I brought these concerns to the front desk and she offered me a coupon for a drink at the bar. She asked me if I wanted maintenance to come to my room….maintenance could not help this room so I am not sure what the intention was there.

This hotel should never be a Sheraton ! Super outdated , staff after 4 calls and one in person visit at the front desk, brought requested 2 towels up. Waited over 30 min to get 2 towels. Bathroom to flush the toilet you need to close the top otherwise you can't reach the the flushing valve. Really not a good option.

Used to go there when they still had the pool and you could have cocktails. That was a good feature hadn’t been there in over 20 years so that pool should have been kept. Made the skyline unique considering all the competition on the bath road.
