Room was very clean. Facilities for a disabled person were great. Inconvenient to ask staff to enter and exit via side door. Staff were not organised with fire evacuation plan form.

Great hotel, super central for what we wanted. Room was really comfortable (could hear people walking round at night but not the hotels fault) Staff were lovely and hotel had everything that we needed

The Grand wasnt so grand.

The outside of the building is rather impressive and reception foyer is nicely done, the staff were friendly. The room itself while clean was very basic, small and dark. The room got really cold but the heater didn't work properly. The TV wouldn't connect to the Internet so we couldn't get Netflix, onlt a very few terrestrial channels. I thought the bed was comfy and slept well but my partner didnt. The bathroom was nice and bright with a big window, but it was dated. The bath wasnt white, more of a stained yellow in places. We had put the car in the multistorey carpark, while it was safe and secure it was incredibly tight driving in our little focus - it was actually stressful. We were also charged £19 for it. We didn't have breakfast. It was an ok stay, i wouldn't go back.

The room was clean, bathroom tap I couldn't turn on easily, partner had to turn it on, empty glass and pizza box left outside the room I found the breakfast sitting was limited not enough room, the coffee machine gave out Luke warm coffee, and the rest of self serve area rather cramped, nothing to put the jam or sauces in, nothing was explained jus told to help your self as it's self serve
