Very good value. Room was small (as expected and advertised) but evening was very comfy and the bathroom was nice too. Much better than I expected given the price so thanks!

Hotel claim to be family friendly but there is no lift and was put on the top floor (hotel has 3 floors) with two kids under 2. Getting a cot was a nightmare even after we rang the hotel to confirm that they can provide one and the lady at the reception on the night of the 6/12 did not have the least bit of compassion, she was horrible. As for the room, we stayed in a premium king room so size was not bad and bed was comfortable but drain in the shower was very slow so there was water build up whilst trying to shower and both the toilet and shower had mould. The assistant manager Alec was kind and sympathised with us over all the issues we had which somewhat cushioned the experience however I don’t think I will be staying here again and would not recommend to anyone with small kids.
Hotel was great however it was too hot in the bar and breakfast was ridiculous disorganised. Most of the breakfast items there was nothing left of and they were restocking the things that didn’t need restocking. For £9.95 you expect to actually get enough breakfast but it took about an hour to get all the food together and even then there wasn’t enough so none of us felt full after a buffet breakfast which was disappointing. Beds weren’t particularly comfortable but they never are at hotels so the bar wasn’t set high. Room had temperature control system but it was stuck at a certain temperature and it was hot. Food wasn’t too expensive but the fries did come out cold. I enjoyed the mac and cheese bites though. Shower was huge but water pressure wasn’t amazing. It was still an enjoyable experience showering. It was £3.50 per night for parking. Convenient location we drove to a park and ride and bussed into city centre and back but could’ve bussed from the hotel straight into city centre. Also a short drive to the cribs causeway shopping mall. Overall would stay again brilliant hotel just could do with improvements :)
Warm, comfy, quiet - which was surprising given loaction to M5

Good location, conveient for M4/M5 and Bristol. The staff were excellent on arrival and got us checked in quickly. Just be aware parking was £3.50 per night. Informed of that on arrival as on the Expedia front page it says 'parking included' To be fair when you open the details and scroll down you see the price for cars is £3.50, but still kinda feel cheated as hotel guests. (Psychologically I would rather this cost was absorbed into the hotel price, rather than an added extra) Oddly Expedia page says busses/lorries/RVs are free. (Note to self: if we stay again, bring lorry) The hotel is comparable to Travelodge, the difference being the rooms are varying sizes. Our bedroom was very small. To be fair it did say small double when we booked (and it is small!) but we managed with two (albeit a bit of climbing over each other getting into and out of bed!) What really spoilt it was the room was incredibly hot (like really hot!) considering it is winter and we either had the window open all night or the air con on cold, it did not cool down at all. The room was L shaped which made it feel even smaller but weirdly the TV was not on a wall anywhere near the bed. It was actually 90 degrees to the bed, so we had to sit on the floor to watch it! It had a good range of channels. The room was clean and freshly decorated (although we did find an ear cleaning bud on the floor) but everywhere else was spotless. Bed was clean and comfy and despite the very hot room we did eventually
The room was tiny!! Literally the smallest room I’ve ever been in. No room to put a bag down or get changed.
The noise from guests walking in the room above was terrible. I had ear plugs, a hat over my head & a pillow….and could still hear them walking around & even going to the toilet.
When I arrived, my check-in was a little rough but I spoke owner Tony and he was amazing… I passed on my feedback about his receptionist and he’s taken his feedback on really well. Other than that. The hotel is fantastic really good menu. The rooms are really comfortable. The bed was great and parking was Easy
Evening meal was awful. Dirty glasses, tables not cleared or wiped.
Room was lovely, bathroom perfect and comfy beds.

The room was spotless with all required for a one night stay. Booking in straight forward very pleasant receptionist.
Stairs were a slight problem and no lift but we managed. Great parking and very nice hotel.
Nice staff..looks recently refurbished but already a bit tried in places with grouting and scuffed walls but if you're looking for somewhere nice to stay short term, it's very good. Excellent shower, bed very comfortable and clean.
