Not happy

The room was extremely tired and dirty with stained thread bare carpets, thick dust on skirtings, peeling paint, mould on bathroom walls and ceilings. The shower took at least 5-7 minutes to get luke warm. I didn't realise that hotel rooms like this still existed!

Very central to everything. Walkable. No parking on site but one close by £25 for 24 hours. Lift is a an available.

Lovely Sea Front Hotel

Wonderful location and hotel. Directly across from Brighton beach. We had a lovely sea view room. It was a bit loud at night, as the bar was directly under our window, but we managed with a sound machine.

Neglected hotel

1st room was very neglected (chipped furniture, thred bare carpet, peeling wall paper) and dirty. We where offered an alternative room, after one night we moved again (broken shower). The third room was clean, it was very dated (60's). The staff were polite and could not do a enough for you and dealt with issues quickly.
