The location was perfect. As we went by train the station was approx a 5 minute walk away. It had dining facilities which we dined on the last night. Food was good. 10 to 15 minutes walk to the promenade going, a bit longer going back. ( it's uphill) But bus service very good.

I recently stayed at the hotel and while the staff were friendly and polite, the overall service was quite disappointing. Basic amenities like slippers and a dental kit were missing from the room, and even when we requested cutlery, we were told to come down to the bar to collect it ourselves. Almost everything we needed required us to go down personally, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room condition wasn't great—there was a noticeable stain on the carpet right next to the bed, which gave a poor impression of cleanliness and maintenance.

Stayed here before the Brighton marathon. Staff were lovely and full of helpful advice. Added bonus that you could leave your luggage there so I didn’t have to carry it round while spectating.

It is always clean and good value but they had switched off the heating in the foyer and restaurant and it was verg cold dining there in the evening. This also meant my room heating was fighting against the cold and I went to bed early in my last night to gwt warm and did not eat at all

Perfectly comfortable stay!

We only stayed for one night - it was fine! Only issue was the squawking sea gulls early in the morning but that can’t be helped! Good location for the station and shops but a bit of a walk from the beach and nightlife.

Good location right next to Brighton station however not at all worth the price. The rooms not only need a serious upgrade, but there was rust and mold in the bathroom, stains on the headboard, carpet & furniture. Better off paying a little more for a nicer hotel.

Girly Staycation

Three of us stayed in a room for a belated birthday & catch up. Nice size for the 3 of us, clean and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for getting around Brighton. Definitely will book again for our girly trips.

Lovey front desk staff who upgraded me, let me leave my bike somewhere securely and awesome breakfast. Good price too which is pleasant surprise in what is so often just greedy profiteering private sector. Top class.
