For the price, probably the best hotel!

For a hotel right by the seaside, it is great. It is an older property, so don't expect air conditioning. I'm also assuming because of the clientele, that the room was noticably hotter than I would've preferred. Good thing you can open a window! Apart from that, you get tea/coffee and a seaside view right out the door. What's not to like? They also had entertainment in the restaurant, and overall would stay here again. When coupled with the value, now that makes everything worth it. Very affordable even compared to the big chains. Would stay again! You have a public car park (with EV Charging) next door, but it is a little bit pricey for parking.

I love this hotel

I love this hotel recently renovated very central. It’s not modern. Always ask for an upgrade. You may have to pay a little more but well worth it very competitive.

I would’ve given it 5 stars for staff helpful and friendliness but today I asked a young man if someone could please bring my suitcase down I was using one of my 2 crutches and was shattered just walking with my handbag. He said to me is the lift not working and then can’t you do it yourself! Every other member of staff were fantastic helped me in and out on my mobility scooter which they let me leave charging in their cloakroom. They moved my room to one nearer the lift and it was great very big I would’ve given cleanliness a 5 but bathroom some weird stains and dirt on walls but other than that it was perfect. I even had a Seaview and it wasn’t a fair walk to the beach either, which was lovely nice couch in the room and TV suited me nicely.

Awful. Truly awful. Will never stay here again.

Awful. Absolutely awful. This hotel used to be a gem and a location of pride in Bournemouth. It is now dilapidated, ceilings and walls peeling, toilets that run for extended times, a bedroom window that could not be properly closed and a clapped out bed mattress that was deeply uncomfortable. This was by far the lease awful part of the stay. It's. ow 1.38am and all night people, drunk people have been hurtling up and down the corridor. I've politely requested that they keep it down multiple times but it's happening again even right now. Management are doing nothing and not answering at the front desk. Tortuous loud ridiculous night. This was not an inexpensive hotel and a huge disappointment.
