Nice pool and sauna. Good location central of bournemouth. Staff was excelllent, our first night the rooms air conditioning was broken and it was late when we got back so we just tried sleeping and figured we'd talk to member of staff about it the next day. We did just that and they changed our room for us. Downside is that they didnt clean the room on the third day despite us leaving the room fairly early, could be because of the room change though, so not sure. We did ring up for fresh new towels and they accommodated us with that at least.

Car park is poorly signposted both outside and inside. Check in was simple enough. The waste bin in the room still had rubbish in it on out arrival The shower tray had hair in it The breakfast was 20 mins later than the window requested, which impacted my plans for the morning and made me late for an interview. Excellent location though I would suggest I paid though the nose for this and doubt I’d return.

We stayed here previously a couple of years ago and had the best time this time was quite a disappointment , the sky bar was closed , which wasn’t advertised when I booked , welcome was not welcoming at the check in desk we were here for a valentines and booked a king room with a balcony thinking it would be lovely , our room looked out onto the road In front of reception looking at a broken odeon sign also there was a burn line on the desk table and the carpet was coming away in the corner of the room and the light didn’t work on the mirror in the bathroom , also the tea tray only had one biscuit in , in fact I think this more expensive room was worse than the standard room be had stayed in on a previous stay a big disappointment , it was clean apart from that though can’t fault that , another disappointment our door was the first door beside the lifts so the door was going throughout the night and then again in the morning as people left for breakfast I imagine ,would not recommend 207 , i feel like rooms like these should be used when the hotel is full and need to be used not as a choice for guests especially on a designated date night 😅 and a couple of the same room were still available we checked in at 4:30 pm ,, breakfast was lovely , although only one coffee machine ( for cappuccino etc) so quite a big Que at breakfast service, such a shame we probably would stay again if we had an event near but wouldn't bother paying extra for hopes of a better room

Stayed at this hotel many times and it’s normally a great stay. In this occasion the bed was not up to the normal good standard and was a bit lumpy and the springs made a lot of noise. The card slot was also damaged and was difficult to get the card in good enough to keep the power on. As I said usually a very good hotel, I put this down as a one off and it won’t put me off staying again. I have a room booked for the 15th of February so hope this will be better

Room was beautiful and spacious and very clean, staff weren’t too friendly, very blunt and took a long time get checked in. Me and partner have worked in hospitality for years with my partner being a manager at centre parcs we know that’s not the best way to welcoming as guests. Felt a little uncomfortable. Gym and pool was lovely!
