When checking in the recotionisy was chatting to a group of young girls and wasnt paying attention to his job. The room smelt of wet dog, smoke and wasnt particularly clean. We stayed the friday night and wanted a shower the saturday morning. The whole bathroom smelt of sewage as a result of the room next door using their toilet and shower. Called reception to try and get it fixed - no maintenance team on site. Asked for another room - none available Asked to use another shower - none available Was then told by duty manager Nathan that he wouldnt really mind of the bathroom smelt of sewage or was dirty and it would be fine for him. Totally unacceptable to me and for my child. How can you be clean if showering in filth? Photos attached to show the mould in shower, rubbish and the grouting. Just terrible from the off. Not even worth 1star.

Don't stay go somewhere else

Horrible hotel, dirty, no towels even after requesting one. Charged me full price even though I showed them on the app I had paid a deposit. Bedroom door wouldn't shut properly had to slam it, corridor stunk of smoke. I could go on

Sister bonding on my birthday treat weekend

Check in very promt and friendly no rushing us ,very clean through out , very comfortable but basic rooms and very clean restaurant had breakfast only couldn’t knock it for the price and very nice staff couldn’t do enough for you ,didn’t do the entrainment but looked lovely bar and dance floor this hotel needs up dating but what it lacks in modernisation makes up in the most wonderful helpful friendly staff ,everything you would need for a comfortable budget holiday I would definitely recommend it

The room was disgusting no hot water no towels stains on the bedding asked for towels for two days and got them the day we left not worth £187 I’d never ever stay there again I wouldn’t even recommend it to a homeless person mould in the bath and the shower head falling off not even shower gel or soap

Terrible place was booked for 3 nights .checked out next.day .as i found the place .looked disgusting .my first room .the mattress was layed reared up against the window .bedding sheets duvet excetra .laid on the floor .chsnged rooms .new room only has one curtain at the window .found a cigarette butt in my bed .woke ull coverd in bites .checked out went to a pharmacist. Who told me .i had bed bug bites .

The property is on the seafront. With bus and tram stops outside. Also parking available at property.The room was clean although basic it served the purpose for an overnight stay.The price was exceptionally good and offered a full cooked breakfast. Which was hot n tasty. Staff were pleasant and friendly.

We had stayed there before for what we paid all we needed was a twin room with a lift and that's what we got but the service was not very good. We had a TV that didn't work after asking for it to be fixed 3 times and it not being done we just gave up on it. But the breakfast and evening meal was good for the price and the service was excellent thanks.

The staff was friendly at first all great told us second floor, didn't specify we had to then go downstairs and go in a complete SEPERATE door to get to our room. The room was cold, felt damp. It was filthy defo not worth the money. Online the pictures are beautiful in reality it's trash. Food is limited in the hotel. You have a certain window to get food. Restaurant staff absolutely fab the one with the tattoo stars on face absolutely made our trip amazing super friendly and welcoming. Went for my daughters birthday. I asked the front desk how do we go about catching a tram as we've never been on one before and worried abouts stops etc. He said you walk on to it and sit down. I said obviously you do that but where do we catch it from, how do we get off at the point we needed to be. He was completely unhelpful and annoying. Totally get sarcasm but on the morning of my child's birthday and asking a simple question sarcasm wasn't needed. We definitely won't be coming back. It needs a complete re vamp.

The hotel was generally good overall. My room was basic but the decor was dated especially in the bathroom. As it was only a overnight stay. It served it purpose. The bonus was a breakfast included. Which was tasty and good choice on offer. The dining room was pleasantly decorated and the staff were helpful and polite.

I was really disappointed with my stay. I didn’t sleep well cause of the condition of the bed. Most of the staff were unhelpful. The meals were below average. I can honestly say that it was the worst place that I have ever stayed in so I would never return there again. I think that my partner and I were considerably overcharged

Room wasn't very clean. No toilet roll to replace tiny bit that was on. Heating didn't work so room was cold. Rang reception about it to be told there was nothing they could do. Sharp edges on edges of mirror where they was broke. Room numbers weren't very well shown as to where they were. Overall cleanliness of room was like it hadn't been cleaned in for ever how long.
