The room was not cleaned well , the counter top where the kettle and cups were so dirty the, couch even the cushions had few marks on them. When we arrived the room there were no toilet paper and towels, yet those things could be checked way before our arrival. Wouldn't go back again.

DISTURBING EXPERIENCE

I was undressed and sleeping was woken by a male member of staff walking into the room. Very disturbing experience with someone letting them self into the room. I will not be bothering to book again. Pervert springs to mind disgusting.

Arrived 15min before checkin and told we had to wait .Assigned a room on the side when we had paid for sea view, as it turned out the room was not ready. We asked a staff member who rectified the problem.The Hotel had very few guests. Restaurant staff friendly and helpful. The food was good value but limited options that said it suited our need .Breakfast excellent .

The receptionist was very nice on check in but another receptionist ignored myaelf and another resident as he did paperwork and eventually i had to ask for me key he then he was veryignorant the other resident walked away she was so uncomfortable unfortunately i wont be staying here again they need to train their reception staff better

We arrived to have no toilet roll, no towels in the room, couldnt even shower properly because the shower was aimed on the door and couldnt be adjusted..... dog poo all the stairs, there was one member of staff working desk and bar at the same time-need more staff.

We have stayed here several times and are always made to feel welcome. The staff are friendly and accommodating. It is a dog- and pet-friendly hotel with easy access to the rooms via lift or stairs. There is a restaurant serving breakfast and evening meals, and a bar that offers drinks. It is a 10-15 minute walk to Blackpool centre, or you can take a tram from the stop outside to reach your preferred destination. The beach is just a 1-2 minute walk from the front door of the hotel.

Worst Ever Hotel Experience Absolutely Disgusting!

We’ve traveled a lot, but nothing compares to this disaster of a hotel. We booked 3 nights and escaped after just one—this place is filthy, unsafe, and run by people who couldn’t care less. Disgusting Conditions: The room was revolting—stains everywhere, hair in drawers, and a broken shower door that literally fell on us. The curtain was broken too, letting in blinding light all night. Worst of all, the air was suffocating. If you have asthma or lung issues, avoid this place—my girlfriend felt sick the moment she stepped inside. Dangerously Understaffed: We only saw three staff the entire time. Poor Nathan was dumped with every job—reception, bar, even repairs—making the hotel an absolute safety hazard in case of emergency. No help was ever given when we complained. Shameful Handling of Complaints: Instead of taking responsibility, they brushed us off to Hotels.com. No apology, no concern, nothing. Even after the shower door injured us, they refused proper compensation. All they offered was a partial refund for unused nights (via Hotels.com) and a pathetic £50 voucher—an insult given the nightmare we endured. We booked when this dump was rated above 7. It’s now at 6.4, still marked as “good.” That’s a complete lie. This hotel is disgusting, dangerous, and should be avoided at all costs!

Room very clean, plenty towels, bedding clean, had trouble with tv a lot of channels didnt work ,shower lovely plenty hot water very good breakfast, plenty to chose from had good 4 days plus we were upgraded to family room with big double bed plus 2 single beds for just myself and my adult son who has autism have stayed at this hotel last year and enjoyed our stay staff excellent

Absolutely disgusting

We arrived at was given a room which was like a room you would receive in a care home. I complained as it smelt like urine and being 7 months pregnant i cant and i wouldnt sit there and breath it in . The second room wasnt as bad it didnt smell but had no toilet roll . There was a old bar of soap what was open and there was blood on the matress. Was ment to be entertainment but there was nothing . If you want a drink from the bar you have to pay card but has to be £10 and over which is shocking . Absolutely disgusting hotel... shocking stay

Not nice at all. Would not recommend. Noisy at night and shabby and dirty, mould in shower, curtains hanging off in room. Communal areas and lift unclean.we were booked for 2 nights but left after 1 without wanting to have breakfast as we didnt feel the cleanliness of the place would be safe to eat. Very poor.
