We have stayed at the Lyndene on numerous occasions, still the best in Blackpool, staff are so friendly and the entertainment is brilliant. Food brilliant as always

How loud can it get?

Terrible room above the main entertainment room. The bathroom door wouldn’t open fully as it banged against the bed. Road noise was awful, double glazing was completely useless. The volume from the acts during the evening until 12:45 was completely overwhelming. No warning from the receptionist about room. Won’t be staying there again.

Absolute Terrible Stay at Lyndene Hotel From minute we arrived we were handed a key cash card to open room/put couple hundred pound on it to eat Breakfast and evening dinner including drinks Room basic didn’t smell Great Only one channel on Tv No Shower or bath as water system for hotel has Air-Lock when you turn on Shower/Bath taps Excruciatingly loud noise Is heard my daughter Who has chronic Anxiety Got such a Fright she nearly ran out hotel the noise was horrendous Was only 3teabags /3 slim sachets of coffee supplied Mattress very Thin springs wete touchable Duvets allso Thin No sleep before 1am as very noisy with bad language outside due to entertainment Daughter and i eventually fell asleep Awakened with shocking back-Ache That was it for us Repacked our stuff and handed keycatd back Definitely not worth £175 pound Heartbreakingly disappointed Still see that look on her face Disgustingly rip off even if it is room only We hadn't eating either since arriving Come Tuesday we booked out I would appreciate compensation Because of the Stress this caused

Get it booked

Stayed for 3 nights and it was fantastic. We booked half board and Food was great. Entertainment was brilliant especially st Patrick’s night! 3 acts each night with bingo both day and night time (we had a few wins too) We were in room (115) which was a good walk from the lift which didn’t help with having 3 with walking difficulties, room was much smaller then I expected and dark and gloomy, but beds were comfortable, shower was good. All in all the restaurant, bar and cleaning staff are a credit to this hotel 100% We have actually booked to come again in june

the room we had on top floor was very small but clean bathroom very small could not close the door when having a wash in the sink the sink plug did not hold the water m/t as quick as you fild the sink, shower have reported this very small shower cube and nothing to show which way hot and cold was to turn hit or miss if you got it wrong. next food at evning meal could not eat it but the rest of the diners where eating theres so where we just unlucky but sorry will not go back there

The lyndene was awful so much so we couldn’t stay there. General hotel was ok but our rooms were filthy. Tv & mirror all smear mark, walls & carpets very dingy and full of stains. Pubic hair in sink and last but not least bed covered in stains & blood. Needless to say we left and book elsewhere.

Not for me. Booked 3 rooms as a family. 2 rooms were fairly close together but the third was over the other side of the hotel. All rooms were clean and so was the hotel in general. Staff were friendly. Third room very disappointing to the point we didn’t really want to sit in it. Room 40 Wallpaper and ceiling all stained. Radiator unbelievably rusty in the bathroom. Window broke unable to open. Tv badly positioned and therefore half covered by curtain. Double bed small.

Very slow check in with no apology for the wait from the woman who finally dealt with me. Was told that the spaces along the road in the preferred parking were all booked out so I couldn't park there. They were not all booked out as empty spaces after 11pm so could have parked there. We were woken at 5am with the fire alarm due to some inconsiderate guest smoking in the room. No we will not be staying with you again
