Lovely staff and excellent rooms! Only slight downside was the breakfast, came up to our room cold and didn’t taste fresh. Some toothpaste and little amenities would have been a nice extra touch. Was able to check in early and leave our bags once we had checked out to allow us to shop before the train which was lovely. Overall lovely hotel and staff just the breakfast and amenities that could do with a little more attention.

The hotel is lovely. The receptionist Claudia looked on her screen when we arrived to early to ask if there was somewhere we could put our bags looked on her screen and said the room allocated to us was ready and allowed us to have our room key to leave our bags in. The other members of staff were all polite and respectful. I will certainly book here again

Everything about my stay was good. The staff attentive and polite, the breakfast lovely, the room and bathroom clean and spacious, the pillows soft and fluffy. However, the mattress was the hardest I have slept on in decades and so, with my 79 year old bones I spent a sleepless night in pain. Why such hard mattresses?
