Excellent hotel in Birmingham city centre

Great hotel right in the centre of Birmingham. Gorgeous interiors and friendly, welcoming staff. We used a nearby car park and got 50% off the price when we validated it at the hotels front desk. We will definitely be staying here again.

Beautiful hotel, with lovely touches such as chocolates in our room. Good quality breakfast. Good location. Only downside for me was there was no where to get ready in the room with decent lighting and plugs.

What a treat, will be back!

The service was fantastic from the moment we came through the doors. Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is gorgeous, I had serious bathroom envy. The decor in general was lovely. We managed to get seats in the beautiful bar, the cocktails are amazing. Comfortable beds, a shower I didn’t want to get out of (although a steady hand is needed to switch between the settings) and a good selection of refreshments in the room. This stay was for a birthday treat and we were not disappointed!
